The cleaning ladies come quite late to clean the room (4,30 pm). Not nice view from the window.

The hotel and service are at a very high level. Upon request, I was accommodated in the old part of the hotel, with easy access to the swimming pool after prior reservation (one day in advance, free of charge). The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped and at the appropriate level. Perfect for a family with one child. The location is ideal for people traveling by train, because the train station is only 8 minutes walk away from the hotel. From the hotel it is close to everything, walk to the Charles Bridge is about 23 minutes, right next to the hotel there is a tram stop for those who prefer to travel this way. A place worth recommending.

What an absolutely wonderful hotel. 5* all the way. Helpful staff. Wonderful spa. Spacious, beautifully decorated and clean room. Great food. A guitarist and a harpist playing over breakfast. History. Film history. A pianist playing the grand that Spider-Man perched on. What else could you want?

Although the hotel was beautiful the ‘superior double’ rooms definitely need to be renamed to ‘double room’. Not much is superior about it unfortunately- specifically the space of the room. My partner and I struggled to get ready in the morning with the lack of space, having to get changed in the entrance way of the room as there wasn’t even a meter worth of space around the bed. This made the stay a little uncomfortable however can’t really complain due to the price of the room (we paid around £130 a night). Feedback would be that calling it a superior double is a bit misleading. The breakfast was good but a little pricy. We were told it was €20 per person but when we checked out it turned out to be around £24 per person. The air conditioning in the room was very poor and we struggled to sleep as a result but I have a feeling this is because of the time of year and perhaps the air con not being switched on to its full capacity.

The property was beautiful and as soon as you walk in you can see why it’s rated a 5 star. The staff were very attentive and friendly with nothing ever being an issue. The pool and spa facilities were also fantastic, although a little busy at times so you must book to ensure a space is secured.

Having to book two hours in advance to use the pool was a little annoying.

Room size- could have been bigger, it takes time to get used to the bed position ( diagonal across the room)

Room was decent sized not massive, but had everything we needed. Breakfast was a good spread with all dietary requirements and the live music was a bonus Spa- we used the pool and the steam room facilities on all days of our stay and it was good. The staff were really good to give us the timings that it was less busy etc. Reception staff and the staff at the door were all very kind and helpful through out our stay.

Only being picky here, but there were no bedside tables to put coffee, water on etc. on either side. 4 coffee pods would have been ideal as opposed to the two and the only mirror that wasn't in the bathroom was inside the mirror so had to get ready on the floor.

Such a lovely stay, the hotel is beautiful and the staff were really helpful in providing recommendations and being attentive. Bed was very comfortable too and a lovely bar.
