Incredibly polite and helpful staff both on WhatsApp and in person. As a dog owner, I really appreciated that they allowed my dog with me for a fee with no further rules or arrangements needed. They arranged free street parking for me, and even after check-out they prolonged it for me FOR FREE to roam the city and not worry about parking. It's in a perfect location right in front of a metro station, the room was comfy, the breakfast was great. 10/10, will stay again 👌

The hotel is a little bit older. Our bed was old and worn out. Just one small elevator for 8 floors - not a good hotel if you are handicapped.

the furniture a little bit outdated

We booked one room, but the guys didn't have a free room for 4 people, and they gave us two rooms. They are clean and respect the description but the furniture a little bit outdated and apparent has a very cheap refurbishment. But because we were just sleeping at the apartments, that was ok . In addition, the guys provided additional benefits that were really pleasant to receive, such as free entrance to TV tower, discounts in different places and etc.

The lift was a little bit scary.

Hotel is in old building, but the room is actually really nice and comfortable. View is also quite good, even from the fourth floor. Bed was comfortable and there was everything necessary in the room. The staff is also really sweet, especially Sona from reception who was always nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

The lift was small, but we managed

Very good location, very clean. The staff was amazing, breakfast good and a lot of variety. It is next to the metro entrance so very convenient for city breaks. The room was quite spacious, they even had shower gel for kids, which my kids adored. Overall, e very nice experience

The lack of proper drainage in bathroom, resulted in excessively wet floor that caused inconvenience.

First off, the hotel is super close to the subway, just a minute's walk away, greatly facilitated our transportation needs. The staff were really nice and helpful. We had a free wine in the room, and stuff gave us a voucher for a drink elsewhere, and a discount code. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely recommend grabbing the breakfast – it saves time and money!

The lift was quite uncomfortable

I came to Prague for a few days with my friends and it was a wonderful choice to stay at this hotel! The rooms were big, cleaning service every day, nice view. It really shows that the staff here really cares about their guests! Always making sure everything is okay, answering every question we have, giving us gifts... Hotel is very clean and rooms are pretty. There is a supermarket, gym, restaurants, metro and much more near hotel. Receptionist Ritta was very kind and helpful :) Will definitely come back again!

I really liked the hotel. A cozy and spacious room. The staff is very nice and always ready to help with any request. Thank a lot to Elizaveta a Daur for fast and early check-in and check-out. The only downside is a little and old elevator. Otherwise, everything was fine. I will be happy to come back here again

Very good location, the room were very nice, clean, quiet. The breakfast was good, various range of food which were really tasty. We got a bottle of frizzante as a welcome drink and also a city card with wich we could get discounts in the city. Receptionists were nice, smiling and helped us in everything. We also got bottles of water when we checked out for our trip. We could park at the street but we didn't have to pay for it, the hotel arranged it too. We defenitely will return.

It was a bit noisy being so near to public transport stations. Also the hotel is over 7 or 8 floors with 1 small lift (2 people capacity) so if you are not very mobile then you might want to request rooms on the lower levels.

Room was quite spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage children). Location was very near underground and tram stations (which was convenient although slightly noisy) as well as restaurants and supermarkets. You could walk into the city centre (approx 40mins) but public transport is so good and reasonably priced that we used public transport extensively. My wife had her birthday while we were staying and the hotel staff kindly left some gifts for her and a little card to celebrate her birthday. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options available. Furthermore, we were given a takeaway breakfast bag on our final day because we had to leave before breakfast was being served.
