It was so annoying to have to call to say we were on our way and that they’d charge you extra if you do the check in after 8pm, they have to find another way to do the check in because for people who don’t have a European SIM card, to call the owner 15 minutes before arriving would be impossible. We were asked to send a message to inform about our arrival time for the check in, which we did, but when we got to the residence there was no one waiting for us, so we had to call them (having a non-Czech SIM card calls are quite expensive). The guy then arrived after 7-10 minutes, so everything ended good

The property has everything one needs, it’s relatively cheap and just a 20 minute walk away from the main station, so we found it perfect. Just keep in mind that it’s uphill when coming from the station, so if you have heavy luggage it might be difficult to reach by foot.

The fact that you Booking, not apartment charged 50 euros for changing the date, even though I got confused and reported that it was a mistake at the same moment, at the same time, on the same day. They don't make check-in after 10pm, what can be a problem if you're traveling at night. The beds are not comfy. Moreover they told me to let them know fifteen minutes before arriving, so they can open you the door but then, they arrive late, maybe they could change it to half-an hour or so.

The room is the same that you can see at the pictures. They have hot water.

The room was spacious enough for a couple and the common toilets, bathroom, and kitchen were kept clean at all times. There's no reception desk but the staff reached on time after I informed them about my arrival.

All I can really say is please buy a new kettle and bed for room 7! This one had a melted base, it also got Really really hot! Like dangerously hot and would not allow you to use both the microwave and kettle at the same time as the outlet plugs were an odd shape. This made preparation of baby food and milk alittle difficult. Upon arrival, we noticed The bed we slept in was broken. The middle slat of mattress frame was broken so it resulted in a curved mattress to sleep on which has really damaged both me and my partner's back. She already suffers from a back injury that she seeks physiotherapy for. It really made the holiday for her very difficult. This is probably the worse thing about our stay, she is in pain but with someone who doesn't suffer from a back injury, it would be fine.

The country was stunning and the hotel building felt very authentic to the Czech lifestyle. I was really happy with location, it really felt cozy after a long day of walking with my family. Would stay here again! We were also provided with a cot for our infant child for free! This was an amazing service provided by the hotel and really saved us alot of hassle! The goods of this hotel really outlie the bad, its cheap and is WAYYYY above what we expected! We loved Prague and it is a memory to remember forever.

The host didn`t come to meet us on time, although it had been agreed before on What`s up. We had to make a call expenses additionally. Also a tv set was missing in the room although it had been offered at Booking.

The only thing that was embarrassing was the broken window, or rather, that it was sealed with tape for fun - there were drafts from it; Also in the shower there are very dynamic random identifiers of hot, cold or warm water

I will definitely save this place to come back. It's very unexpectedly cozy accommodation, in a convenient location; good employees, especially the cleaning lady; & a very convenient form of online check-in, if it’s not -10°C outside

There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. It's not a big deal because there's a small market 15 meters from the apartment to restock. The bed is okay, but a mattress change would be very nice. After all, the room is a budget option so we had no big expectations, but there were no pleasant surprises either. You might find nicer apartments in the neighbourhood for a similar price.

We stayed in room 4 on the first floor. The fridge in the room was very convenient. The kitchen is shared with three other apartments. The bathroom was clean, the room was spacious and easy to heat up during colder days.

The neighbours kept making loud noise late at night and it was on for quite sometime.

The best part of the room is it has a lot of storage space. The beds were comfy.
