No washing machine facilities and bathroom could do with some renovation however is functional.

The high parking price is not presented on the first page. The 200 euros deposit- received back after one month. 30 days!

The location is very good, specialy if you don't travel with your personal car.

Communication from the property. We went to the actual apartment which was an adventure because parking is extremely limited. The front of the property had a code to get in. Checked email and saw another address from where everything was sent from so we went to that address and that's where you check in. That was also an adventure because again, parking is limited. Got there only to find out that they tried to call me to let me know I didn't have to go their office and they sent the code information through a message. Problem is, I didn't get a call since they missed one number and I never got an email letting me know they sent a message. I wasted 1 1/2 hours of time dealing with this instead of getting the call or getting the email about the message. I was driving from Munich through all of this. I got the code and everything and made the drive back to the hotel and thankfully because I had already gone this route, I knew the lay of the land on parking and found parking on the way that was fairly close to the property. Get inside the property and went up the elevator only to find out that I was on the 4.5 floor so I had to haul all the heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to the room. Entered the room and the smell was horrible. Had to open the windows to clear out the smell. I was told when checking out to send a message when we left so we wouldn't have to go back to their office. I sent three messages and requested confirmation on if they received them. As of this review, still haven't gotten confirmation and hopefully they don't charge me for another day.

It has a kitchen and it's spacious but the one bedroom in private is in a very tight space. Safe and secure and love that it is in the middle of everything. Very convenient to go sightseeing and for dining options. It has a washing machine but we didn't use it since it didn't have a dryer and we weren't sure our clothes would be dry in time for when we left.

I did not like the service when it comes about comunication, I had to ask same questions several times. I aslo requested detailed directions to the office for key collection and was told to search on google........

Keys collection at different location from the property

Before check-in we received many messages from the property. The messages specified two different check-in times, but only the later one was correct. The messages also said that we could leave luggage at reception, but when we arrived they told us we had to pay for a nearby storage space. And none of the messages mentioned the actual address of where we would stay, so my planning was based on the wrong address that was provided.

The apartment and location were fantastic. Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of communication.

Wifi was turn off after 22:00 and the room was not warm enough during the night.

The apartment was very well located. The interior had a touch of vintage style and it was very spacious.

Nothing major but shower (over bath but at opposite end to taps and low roof) was a bit of a challenge. Separate toilet / wc was ok but a second wc in bathroom, instead of a bidet, would have suited us more. Some basics such as coffee, tea, sugar would have been a nice touch.

Location was excellent- near to Charles Bridge, clock and centre. Beds truly comfortable. Safe, warm and clean. Reception staff were friendly.

A second set of keys needed for more than 2 people. instructions for washing machine and dishwasher would be ideal. Instruction for switches to turn floor heating and towel rack on/off are needed. When travellers booking for long stays, extra toilet paper, paper towels, air freshener and more than 1 clean dish cloth are needed. Could use an extra mirror in hallway or bedroom.

Key pick up further than expected, but transfer from airport was convenient as they detoured for key pick before arriving at apartment. Very central location on main street in Old Town so a little loud during the night. Comfortable beds. Otherwise, very spacious and lovely apartment. could accomodate large family.

The whole process seemed like a scam. We booked the hotel based on location then as it got closer we were told we would have to go 1 mile plus with luggage to collect the keys to the apartment. When we got there they said they had apartments all over the city and we were not guarnteed the location we reserved. We had left people at that site as no need for 4 of us to drag and ruin our luggage on the cobblestones walking the 1+ miles to the reception office. We were able to convince them to give us an apartment in the building we reserved and then walked back with luggage in tow to the assigned apartment. When we got there cleaning was still occuring which was fine with us she was super nice and very apologetitc, we just wanted to dump the luggage and ensure we were in the right place as the directions they supplied about which apartment was ours did not match the apartment set up nor were we sure what the second key was for. It all got settled and the stay was ok. The beds were not fabulous and only one pillow per bed, but the location was great. Given the process we would not stay with this group again

The apartment was good, large and included laundry which we needed after our 7 days previous. It was right in the heart of the city and easy to walk to many tourist sites.

It’s about 15 min walk from the reception office, we had to roll our suitcases through very thick crowds on the old square. Also a bit noisy because it’s right in the busy old town. The heating was off the first night but once we inquired, they turned it on

The keys need to collected from a separate location but can be deposited in a drop box as you exit the building hallway. Please have a cab waiting at the key pick up location. We did the mistake of letting our cab go and not booking another one for the journey from the key collection point to the apartment. Lugging our suitcases in snow and frozen ice helped us shed a few kilos of body weight. We called a cab to the apartment when we left for the airport. Frankly, the cab driver would have been exasperated driving us through the afternoon tourist crowd if we had retained our Ukranian cabbie for the inward journey to the apartment. If we had not been worn out, could have enjoyed the sunset on the Charles bridge or by the river which we did the day after. We arrived at the apartment and went to take a bath to get the sweat off our bodies (despite the freezing conditions outside). We found one towel to be soiled and requested for a replacement, which was done the next day when we were out of the apartment with our permission. No tea or coffee, washing powder/liquid for machine was available in the apartment and you will need to carry your own. The restaurants around are tourist traps and you would get better rates elsewhere. Some of these restaurants were on par with Vienna, Berlin or Munich in pricing. Even the Chimney icecream shops seem to have more tourists taking photos rather than eating. Supermarkets are quite some distance although you have delivery options on online apps.

The flat is right in the middle of the old town and there is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic all through the day. You will not feel unsafe at any time of the day or even at night. It's walking distance from the Charles Bridge, Astro Clock, the old town square and restaurants with all sorts of cuisine. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, a living room with a double bed, a large bathroom with 2 wash basins, 1 bathtub and 1 shower, a separate toilet with the heater unit in the toilet, a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen has a washing machine but no separate dryer, an oven, a hob, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. We found our supplies after some walk at a supermarket and used their kitchen facilities to the fullest. Having started from Switzerland, and experienced German and Austrian hospitality, the apartment was large and comfortable and value for money. A welcome refuge from the freezing conditions in the town at the start of December, but our stay could have been better if we had planned/known certain aspects.

Car services can't get to that part of old town. The apartment is very compact with one bed in the main living room.

No shower curtain made showering difficult. No views at all, except of the bins! Would not have chosen the apartment if we had known this. Leaking drain onto corrugated roof outside of bedroom window meant could hear throughout the night.

Location was amazing, right near everything. Nice and secure and quiet considering how central we were. Comfy beds!

Although reception replied to enquiries made through the booking.com website following booking- these replies were shown, on arrival, to be somewhat misleading, in efforts, apparently to obtain additional payment for unnecessary alterations following the addition of a 3rd person to the original booking of 2 persons occupying an apartment advertised as suitable for 4 people. The check in was quick and uncomplicated, but we were given a poorly photocopied map of the area & no further directions or assistance to walk the 15 or so minutes to the apartment, quite late in the evening. We managed after a few wrong turns, but this could have been dealt with in a more helpful manner. There was also pressure to download an additional app called Alfred, that seemed just an additional, unnecessary layer.

Ideal location for site seeing, tourism, beautiful UNESCO building, secure, clean, warm, well equipped, private apartment, for independent travellers.
