Great location! Breakfast is excellent. (Despite some negative reviews) Staff is all helpful and attentive. If you are staying in Prague you should book this hotel. You won't regret it.

Check out was at 11 am and we have been travelling and all other hotels we stayed in the check out was 12 noon. It would have been better to have that extra hour but no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Everything! Very friendly staff, especially Billy, who greeted us with a lovely welcome. The hotel is in a beautiful building, giving it that boutique feel. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The rooms are very comfortable with a good-sized bed and a big bathroom with an amazing shower. The location is perfect.

Hotel is in the center of the hystorical part city, very clean and, comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The personal is very professional and kindly, with good knowledge of English language. All my recommendations for the hotel.

Great place, you will reach old town square in two minutes on foot. Hotel is in historical building, nice, compact, with everything you need. Room was spacious, Italian style. Breakfast was good for the start of the day. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was wonderful

The hotel is in a very good location. Very close to the square of the Old Town, next to the Moldava river and within walking distance of a tram stop. Large rooms with daily cleaning. Very good breakfast.

We loved this hotel, however one negative feedback I have is that the breakfast is not great, and not worth the money. The pastries were stale, and the only meat options offered was pork, which is not inclusive to those who do not eat pork.

Since it is a 4 Star Hotel…they should take care of little details like: - My bed spread and the floor mat had a stain from some cleaning product that I would say was Chlorine. That definitely doesn’t give a good impression. - In the bathroom there was a huge spiderweb that was probably many weeks old. It’s not that dramatic but that gave me a bad impression too. - You can hear people singing and walking around since the walls are not soundproof, that didn’t bothered me at all.

The Hotel is in a very good location, you can arrive in a very short time everywhere. It was in general clean. They even brought me clean towels everyday and made my bed even with the fact I didn’t asked for it since I was staying for a short time :) While breakfast the service worries about you being satisfied and having everything you need.

Nothing - it ticked all the boxes we required.

Just around the corner is the Old Square and the sights are within 20 mins walk. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable as well as the bathroom which was great. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and you had enough choice. Would recommend it for a short stay in Prague. Finally all the staff from the guys at reception to the breakfast stuff could not do enough for you and were very kind and pleasant.

They were minor issues like the fridge in the room not working, not enough blankets but those were solved Besides that, everything else was fine

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the old town square and 3 blocks away from a main street full of designer shops The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a receptionist named Dijac, who solved, right away, a minor inconvenience I had The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the attendants were taking care of us, asking if we needed more of anything, a special mention to the floor manager, very attentive and always smiling

Great central location but set on a quieter street easy walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was pleasant, room was immaculately clean and cosy bed very comfortable so able to get rest after a long day sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely book here again when we return in the future.

The furniture is a bit outdated. No tissue box in rooms. The faucet and shower head kept leaking for some time after use.

-Bilal at the reception desk was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is pretty good.

I would like to thank Mr.Billy who was there for all my stay , he was worm welcoming and he was so helpful in so many things i have asked for and he was all the time and thanks him to order my sisters’s birthday cake as well and he brought it by himself to surprise my sister too .. big thanks to billy

Like the Boutique style in this hotel! small hotel but the atmosphere made it feel cozy. The area around the hotel was nice and close by every attractions.
