The only thing to suggest like others have mentioned was that the hot breakfast, sausages, eggs etc wasn`t hot but barely warm but there was a good selection of hot and cold food served.

Location was perfect, could see Mustek station from the room window. Lovely big, bright double windows overlooking the pedestrianised street above Michael Kors. My stay was very quiet and slept very well.

Although we put “Don’t disturb” label, cleaning personell entered our room and suprisingly cleaned. Not sure how to name it bad or normal…

A nice hotel in the hart of Prague. Sometimes too noisiy outside at late evenings but overall not bad. Taxi is not dropping at hotel, one has to walk 2 min from hotel with luggages to drop off / pick up point. Lots of shops surround the hotel as you leave the hotel. No restaurant operates in the hotel at evening hours, one has to get a meal outside. Access to Halal food is good. A few turkish restourants spread of around that area.

We stayed in two rooms during our trip.A total of 7 nights ,water was clogging in the wash basin of both rooms ,which we had complained to the reception thrice,no action was taken. Felt very unhygienic.

The location was great.Breakfast was awesome, ladies at breakfast were good to deal with & very helpful,so was the staff at reception.Rooms were ok.

- not working wi-fi in the room - not working very often card to open door (room) - we didn’t know we will have to pay city tax in the hotel (300czk for 2 people for 3 nights) - not best temperature in the room (or too cold or too hot = old system of ventilation)

The rooms were so hot , we had to turn off the heat but it was still very hot so we had to open the windows . The carpets in the hallways are old but clean , it didn’t really bother us .

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff . The breakfasts had everything you could want and the all day free tea and coffee on a cold day was fantastic . We would come back to have a tea and head out again . Lots of shops and easy to get to the sights whilst being quiet . The price was great .

There wasn't really anything not to like. The one day when the cleaning service came through they didn't leave us more hand soap (when ours was almost gone), and when we asked the woman on the front desk that night she didn't have any extra so we had to wait for the next morning. But otherwise everything was great.

Comfort of rooms, location, and ease of having breakfast in the hotel prior to going around the city. The staff was friendly when we had questions as well. The location was by far the best part though, very central!

Noise was an issue. There was a seating area for guests outside our room so we had to wear ear plugs due to guests socialising outside our room until 12pm some nights.

The breakfast dining room seating is not in harmony .bad The breakfast was poor, every day the same. Lacking variety The scrambled egg cold , the fruits not fresh,some vegetables from the day before Not having even water to drink Looks like they want to minimize costs to the max. disappointing, to the point you want to eat out Defenetly not 4-star hotel breakfast.!!! Bathroom lightning is very poor, = you can't see when you want to shave The stuff in the breakfast hall speaks no English The stuff in the front dessk could be more wellcoming ,more willing to help. Overall, it was good .( besides the breakfast) They should really make some small improvements to be excellent.

Taxi and Uber can't stop near the hotel due to city restrictions. So have to push luggage on pebble path to get the Uber outside Melantrich Building. Takes about 6 mins and not an easy task ☹️

Great location right in center of shopping district. Walk about 6 mins to the tram station and 8 mins to the Narodni Meseum. And 5 mins to reach the Prague Old Town Hall.
