Not having a hot water boiler in the room was not a terrible inconvenience but as many hotels have these, I kind of expected it, particularly given there was a mini bar in the fridge and drinking glasses on the dresser.

The rustic design of the hotel was fun and exciting. Breakfast was simple and good. The croissants were very yummy.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming. We asked for tips regarding restaurants and received a broad range of possibilities. A safe place was provided for our bikes. The breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately the hotel is not clear about some costs. When searching on booking we looked for a five person accommodation. The offer from Hotel Praha was 151€ per night. For 5 persons. When we got the final booking confirmation, only then it was sort of clear that it’s for 4 persons, not 5. And we had to pay for the fifth person. Unfortunately the hotel is not clear about some costs.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was very big and looks nice and tidy.

In the double bed was good mattrase but in the room with 2 seperated beds- it was too hard to sleep on it! At every move the mattres squeaked. The beds should be changed as well the mattreses. Please clean a dust not only in visible places but also under tv;) and please be be informed that using damaged flags is disrespect to country are a show a disrespect for that country! Very basic breakfast.

We stayed in the president suite. It was realy huge! Nice bathroom, beautiful decoration. But it feels like the best times of this hotel is already behind. Will it be also in forward?!? The goal of this hotel was excelent, just excelent food in the italian restaurant downstairs. And a waiter was helpful and friendly. Great location for exploring the Ceskij raj!

Poor housekeeping service . Dust / floor corners /top of paintings , pictures. Remain of tooth paste , cream ,after room service , not acceptable.

The size of the shower, this is rather small. Apart from that no complaints.

The room and also the whole hotel are of a splendid 'grandeur'. Almost over the top old chic, really brilliant. And the location is perfect, on the edge of the old center. Staff was friendly and both breakfast and diner were very good.

The hotel did not accepted the Booking.com Price. It used an abnormal own currency rate. We had to pay 10% more,. Instead of booking Price 283 Eur, had to pay 313 Eur.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building in the city centre. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station, and literally one minute walk from the main square. I would really recommend this hotel for people visiting Jicin.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7, but that was when they started to put out the breakfast, so having to leave at 7:15 there was a very poor choice (no cereal bowls, missing bread, etc). Standard breakfast time for the area is 6:30. The cleanliness of the room was appalling: dust on all the furniture, the white fluff on the carpet that felt it hadn't been washed in years, as well as the fact that it was never cleaned during my stay (they made the bed up 3 days out of 4, but didn't touch the bathroom and didn't dust)

Positioned in the center, it made it easy to walk to restaurants, the room was big

The hotel has a wonderful spa complex and just a great restaurant. so delicious in the Czech Republic I have not eaten yet
