Nothing loved it!

This stay delivered everything we hoped for and more. Old world charm and was so comfortable. All the bedding and towels, toiletries were fantastic. Quite and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and vast. I can’t believe anyone would want or expect more. The location was 5 minute walk to center of old town, on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter, two blocks from St Agnes, and a few blocks from a wonderful mall. Restaurantes galore were around and with better pricing and food than found in the center of old town. Now the best thing is the staff. Tom & Sofian at reception were great. Tom checked us in and was our “go to guy”. The whole experience made our trip so worth while. We spent 12 nights and wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Not a single thing, really.

Every positive thing you may have read about this lovely hotel is absolutely true. We feel lucky to have found this gem, located in the heart of Old Town, but tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close to restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Patrick and Thomas (who will go far one day, I just know it), were superstars. They were helpful, friendly and made our visit even better. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was comfortable and it exceeded all expectations.

The bar - pretentious styling with no outside seating despite delightful location.

Breakfast was good but the eggs often seemed to have been sitting around for too long - e.g scrambled eggs were very dry

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, including helping us track down luggage delayed by the airline. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was varied with a great choice. The hotel location is close to the river and very good for access to all of the main places you may wish to visit. It is surrounded by good small restaurants.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

We loved the whole place. It was very homely and comfortable. The breakfast was unreal. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Tom on reception. Tom couldn’t do enough for us. He gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely return to stay here again.

Nothing really.

The location of the hotel is excellent, nearby all the attractions of the old city and clubs, resarants and public transportation. The crew is extremely friendly and willing to help in anything, inckuding reservation of restarants, concert and in valuable recommendations and directions. Breakfast is rich. The lobby is nice, the patio is very nice, there is free coffee machine at the lobby. In short, it exceeds our expectation. Best value for money.

There is nothing that I did not like in this hotel

I am not exaggerating when I say that everything was perfect in this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with all amenities. In this hotel it is like living in an old Prague mansion and thus leaves you with a taste of the good old days with all the modern comforts. Their breakfast is excellent, options for all tastes. And I come last to the staff. Very helpful and well behaved even though I happened upon a rude customer, their handling was impeccable. Location was absolutely perfect. In closing I would like to praise Tom at reception who was our perfect guide for everything we needed in Prague. His suggestions were thoughtful and suited us perfectly!! Well done for them. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Prague!

TV in the room wasn’t working but was fixed as soon as it was reported. Room was a bit cold in the late afternoon.

Location was perfect, in a quiet area but really close to the main square. Staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Tomasz deserves a special mention as it was his first shift! Free hot drinks and water available all day to help yourself with a variety of little cakes and pastries and a lovely lounge to enjoy them in. Great bar and breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend.

Only one thing comes to mind - breakfast selection is rather limited. We don't have any dietary restrictions, but still couldn't find satisfying option. Not terrible, but not the food you would enjoy. Good morning should start with a good cup of coffee :)

The hotel is situated in the old part of Prague, minutes away from all main streets, high quality restaurants, fun bars and everything else you're looking for a short holiday. Rooms are super clean, very well looked after. Staff is friendly and actually helpful, we had an issue with a temperature in our room, which was resolved effectively. We loved the hotel's vibe in general, it's very classy, old fashioned in a good way.

There was a noise in the room but turned out it was in the hallway we did get someone to look at it as it was quite loud at the night but due to the building being old they thought it might be a heating issue, but they came and looked straight away, our room was quite small for two people but was a nice and clean room comfortable bed for after a day of exploring

Great location to old square and Jewish quarter, fantastic cocktail bar joined onto the hotel also, Tom at check in was super friendly and so helpful and would take time to ask how your day was! Breakfast was plentiful along with a some fizz to start your day, also was nice grabbing a free coffee and sitting in the library area planning your day

Our room was right next to the elevator, so unfortunately every time someone used the elevator we could hear it as well every sound in front of our room because there was bad sound isolation in the room entrance door-hallway area.

Very good location, cosy and warm room in winter time, wide breakfast option and kind staff. Tom the receptionist was best, very polite and helpful. If we return to Prague again, we will surely book Hastal hotel once more.
