The rooms were a bit small but enough and our room was the only one that had an obscured view to the mountain but it was not a biggie.

The facilities were excellent especially the pool and wellness, the staff were friendly and it included a great buffet breakfast and evening meal...great value for money!

That bunny ... I don't think it is right place for live animal. If you have to have him/her, find a place, where is less light and noise.

Very nice place to stay. Many activities for children. Playrooms are very good. Food was very good. I love your idea of to go sandwiches. View is very nice. Sauna was hot, spa area is nice and wide. Orea is a place, where I want to come back. It is family hotel but very quiet, so you can relax and enjoy the view, read a book, watch football or spend time with friends or family. In room you don't hear neighbours and that is a very big +.

Hotel is quite a distant from town center and main skiing areas. Unless you have a car, you had to use ski bus (free, but on specific schedule) or taxi that is quite an expensive.

Amazing property in the heart of mountain resort. Perfect view from our room, amazing restaurant with good selection of food, great spa with jacuzzi, saunas and swimming pool. Hotel has own ski rental and individual cameras for ski storage for each room.

There's only one thing really - I wish the TV supported Netflix. The ski buses weren't departing too often from the hotel area so I mostly used taxi to get around but I noticed people usually drove their cars. Nothing major.

Breakfast was tasty, I enjoyed the hotel massages. I didn't try the spa. The room was clean and the personnel was kind and helpful. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view.

Really nothing to complain!

I was amazed. We had luck of beautiful winter weather, but also the hotel was very nice, it had a beautiful wellness center with pools for children, it is very pet friendly and has very generous breakfast, the price was totaly adequate.

-The room’s carpet odour. -There was a bunny at the reception area that even if it was very well taken care of , we saw that it was constantly frightened by sudden noises.

The spa was great , the food in both a la cart and buffet was delicious and the restaurant had a great Mountain View . the whole staff was friendly and always smiley and the service was good. It’s a great place for relaxation , winter sports and nature

There is no Air Conditioner or fan in the room and the windows don’t open! It was hard to get fresh air without leaving the porch door wide open to bugs and potential break-ins. There was only one person at the front desk so if you have a question, there was no one to talk to easily. It was impossible to reach the front desk or assistance by phone.

We lacked a bit of attention to detail. The suite we had booked had a few things that would need repainting and a more powerful hairdryer would be appreciated. In the public SPA and the room shower the tiles were quite slippery which was not easy with the kids. Food was in general very nice but we missed some healthier options here and there (bread in particular).

In general, the OREA is a very nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is plenty on offer in terms of food and drinks, the view is beautiful and the activities for kids are very convenient. The location is also a 30 minutes walk from the towncenter and only 25 minutes from the mountain lifts away. The SPA was perfectly fine to spend 1-3 hours a day there.
