Sound insulation is bad. First night was a nightmare to us. Upper floor jumping in the midnight and it was so loud to woke us up.

Location is convenice. Short walking distance to tram, metro station, and malls.

Coffee machine was broken.

Apart was great and clean, it was cosy, enough furniture, location is good for me (Prague need to explore on foot), near at the hotel there is midnight Tesco (that is good), close to the river Vltava. If I visit Prague again, this place will be my first option again.

The room was much bigger than we were expecting The bed was very comfortable, and was quiet enough outside at night to sleep with the windows open. Great location, not too far from attractions and a few nice restaurants around. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, the self check in after hours was handy and very easy. Would definitely stay again if in Prague.

I really wish they could have given me better pillows, and better shampoo.

The staff is so friendly , and the locations is not such a bad place, honestly once you get used to the area, you can really move around Prague from anywhere you want. I mean you can walk everywhere, but if you buy a transportation pass then you can get to everywhere quick.

The mattresses suck, I wouldn't ever want to live here long term. Too old and wore down. Also in these older buildings, you can easily hear footsteps of guests a floor above.

Despite four stars, it is not exactly that shiny and well functioning. Partially broken toilet button (not saving water), old mattresses, leaking showerhead at room 14. I was happy for the price but don't expect top quality just because of the hotels stars. Anyway if you pay a lower price like me, I can only recommend.

Breakfast was not available, although there was a nice bar just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. A few days before our arrival we've been asked to deposit 50 Euros on a paypal account (which we didn't). Didn't really understood why we've been asked this. The price of the room maybe is a bit to high for the quality of the hotel

It was close to Halloween and a huge party was going on under the hotel, or next to it. It was like the concert is in the room. The receptionist lady was not so helpful when we had some questions about the parking etc.

Wifi was very bad in our room. Staff rearranged the furniture in our room after our first night it felt a little bit intrusive.

The hotel has a great location next to the river, shower was clean and the bed was confortable enough.

Nice spot, not touristic spot, quiet, with every standard service around. 10 minute walk to a big mass transport hud (Andel), so at 30 to downtown.
