The breakfast room got very crowded (9 am , sunday morning). The area is quite busy, so expect some street noise, but nithing too bad.

We had a very good stay here. The room was spacious, lots of storage space. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. The room does not look great but I think it is very good for a weekend stay. Breakfast was varied and plantiful, very good scrambled eggs. Street parking - we were lucky to find a spot directly in front of the hotel (from from 18:00 and on the weekends). About 15 min to the main square (it is on the edge of the center, the location is good). Nice staff.

It is city center, car parking on the street (it is free on weekends), huge room for 4 persons.

Noise from the street, the room faced the tram track, I missed coffee and tea samples as a noticable service. Nothing big

the room was in fact the small, independedn flat however we expected just a regular room (that was a nice suprise). It had a small kitchen, bathroom, two rooms (bedroom and spacious living room). breakfast was homy and nice.

Breakfast was very good with a range of warm and cold dishes. Room was very clean and spacious. Good shower. Tram stop nearby and a few stops to the main station. Area around hotel nice and quiet. Hope to stay there again in the future.

The breakfast for this price is OK, costs very little so did not expect a lot.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the old town square, despite the tram line very quiet room. The room was very warm which made arrival in winter comfortable. The room was very big for 4 people. For an overnight stop at Olomouc, it is an excellent place. The parking place was available right at the entrance.

We had issues with heating in the room. I don't know if it was automated to switch off at midnight till morning because all the 3 nights the heating will switch off and it was super cold at night and snowing heavily. So we had to go to the reception everyday in the morning to ask them to switch it on. My partner was waking up with a blocked nose every morning because of the cold at night.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk around for sight seeing, the breakfast was super delicious, the room was spacious and the prompt support from the stuff was superb. Keep up the good work!

It was the perfect hotel for a stay in Olomouc. We highly recommend to everyone. Very near to the train station, very near to the city centre, perfect staff, perfect room, perfect breakfast.

sure the room could have more stuff, the mattress could've been thicker, the decor more fancy, but those aren't a big deal compared to having heat in the cold winter when you need it...

the most important thing was always working generously well: heating and hot water in cold December, and that's all that really matters in the end.

Right at the entrance of old town. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Offered me early check-in and Information of nice restaurants. The room is big and well equipped, could see recently furnished. The price is good. Has it's own coffee & restaurant, next door is also a nice Café. Breakfast is good. Definitely be my stay next time in Olomouc. 0

Please consider to refurbish a bathroom - a shower is a little bit out of date.

I visited this hotel no less than 9 times before. Every time everything was OK i.e. room, breakfast and location. This stay was not an exception.

Although everything was great, I don't think it was cheap. The TV wasn't smart, so I couldn't cast any of my shows.
