A few bits and bobs around the room we're broken when we arrived however it is expected over time just would've expected to not have to tell someone it was broken. Shame there was no kettle or fridge either. We also had a ant problem which they made their way through the AC however everyday the cleaner did come in and get rid of them

Loved the balcony had a lots of great meals on there the room was a good size for the two of us while also being spotless when we arrived. The bathroom was huge for the size of the rest of the room aswel. The staff were brilliant very informative when we arrived and when when had any problems there 24h service allowed them to solve them straight away. Very well placed in the city was only a 5 to 10 min walk from great food spots and site seeing spots which was great as saved us on the transport aspect.

We were very pleased to stay here. It has a spacious room and comfortable beds. The whole hotel is clean. Every product you need for breakfast is available. Reception staff are always helpful. Very close to metro and tram. We were very pleased to stay here. You can choose this place with peace of mind. I would recommend.

The duvet is small, what’s the point of two small duvet on a bed, one big duvet is good enough. The lift is small, I don’t care so much about that anyways!

The breakfast offers a great variety of food, and we liked it a lot. To make it even better, my suggestion would be to offer good coffee (either with ground beans or filtered)

The hotel has great service and the rooms are very spacious. The location is perfect, in a calm street without traffic, but close enough to the old city center that you can reach it by foot (15-min walk). The river balks are within 3-min walk. Right next to the hotel there is the legendary brewery U Fleku, which is worth a visit. In the surroundings there are also bars, clubs, theater and opera, so you don't really need to leave the area for cultural activities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
