The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It's fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and even has a washing machine and soap pods. The bed was big and comfortable with a sofa bed in another room. The location is great as it is within walking distance of trams and metros if needed, but most attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk. We had a wonderful week stay and would definitely stay here again if in Prague.

The pillows weren’t very supportive

Could not ask for a better room and location. Close enough to all resto’, bars and night life. Far enough the centre and the noise. 2 minute walk to see the castle across the river for sunrise or beautiful evening walk to appreciate the skyline from the bridge. Staff was there for all questions and very kind.

- The staff is very friendly and helpful - Location is very central you can walk to the most attraction sites by walk - Arriving to the apartment was very easy because of its central location , there are many transportation options available nearby -The apartment is well decorated and warm ,the Tv has so many apps to have a good time Overall the apartment and staff met my expectations no wonder they have such a high booking rate.

The apartment is perfectly located, just 10 minutes walk to the main attractions. It’s very spacious, warm and comfortable. You can find anything you need for a perfect stay in the city: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, big fridge, plenty of kitchen stuff and dishes, etc. The towels were changed twice during our 5nights stay, that was quite enough. The staff was were helpful and welcoming.

Our stay lacked nothing! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with appliances, even a washing machine! The staff quickly addressed any questions and spoke flawless English, as well as several other languages.

Karolina Apartments rated a 10 on all accounts! The staff were especially gracious and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Room cleaning with towels and sheets was ready when we scheduled. The location allowed us to walk easily to every sight and tour the Old City on foot. Groceries and shopping, cafes and bars were all easily accessed within 5 minutes.

Not much to complain about. The bathtub has wear signs, a little metal rack slightly dented. But all easily overlooked. Not much of a view.

The style of the apartment, everything needed was provided. Easy walks to wherever... Combo washer/dryer. I extended my stay because of the quality of the apartment.

The shower positioning was poor hence the score of 9 not 10. The cold water from the broken boiler - a one off issue though, so we haven’t marked it down for that, especially the way the staff handled it. So lovely.

This property has the wow factor! Has a lift. Absolutely huge and spacious and beautiful! Beds comfortable. Pillows ok but a bit soft (that’s all pillows so far though, in all accommodation). Bathroom - shower hose in the over bath shower too short so couldn’t stand under the shower and couldn’t change position of the head so water sprayed towards the small glass screen and I realised, too late, it was creating a large pool of water on the bathroom floor. The bath edge is very high which may be a problem for less agile, older or smaller people. Plenty of toilet paper available. Could get fresh towels when needed from reception/office next door. A great washer/dryer with washing detergent provided but no instructions (worked it out though). Door to apartment difficult to master but had fun trying. Lounge/kitchen/dining room huge - high ceilings - large comfortable couch. Well equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix a huge bonus. Very quiet apartment except for a heavy footed neighbour above us (no one’s fault & not a big deal). Location superb. Lovely staff in the office next door with great availability until 11pm. Unfortunately on our 2nd night the boiler for the whole building broke and they were unable to get someone to fix it over the Friday/Sat/Sun. Which meant cold washes for 3 mornings!!! Again, not anyone’s fault but not pleasant. The staff were so apologetic and were trying to figure out how to compensate people. Hopefully they are fair. Despite all of the minor issues and the hot water issue, we would highly recommend staying here while in Prague.

Location, lay-out, facilities, cleanliness, comfort. Perfect. Would use again and enthusiastically recommend to family and friends. Far superior to a hotel in a comparable price range.
