- We had a leak in the ceiling on one of the 4 rooms we booked during our stay on the last evening. It came from above onto the corridor and not much could be done by the staff as it was during the night with no technician around. None of our items were damaged but be careful where you place your luggage. Overall, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and offered immediately to change rooms.

- Very central location and a walk from everything. - Large rooms with all amenities needed. - Staff were very friendly and able to give recommendations. - connecting room was provided upon request which made the stay a lot more comfortable.

Nothing. It was a perfect trip

We got a room overlooking the river: Stunning view, and just across the bridge we could see the "Ginger and Fred" building by Frank Gehry. Awesome. Stare Mesto and Mala Strana are a ten minutes pleasant walk, Karlovi Most is just two bridges downstream, personnel was very kind and helpful, good breakfast. Non-touristy restaurants a few blocks down.

After arrival we were informed about increase of price of breakfast from EUR 20 to EUR 30 per person. There was incorrect information on price of breakfast at booking.com when we booked the stay. If we knew this price we would not book this hotel since this price is in my view excessive. In each case, the market will show if this price is acceptable for tourists. There are many nice cafes and bakeries with fresh pastry and nice coffee around the hotel at price up to EUR 20 per person.

We arrived mid-morning but were given immediate access to our room - even if check-in was in theory from 14:00. Very attentive and accommodating staff, superb room and view over the old town (loved the balcony as a bonus!)

The fact that you have to go up and down the stairs to get to your room, which is difficult for people with mobility problems and it our case baby strollers. The curtains in the room did not close completely, and the light got inside. The staff are very noisy in the middle of the night, like 4am and they are talking as it is daylight and closing doors very loudly with no respect for the costumers who are sleeping.

The hotel is very beautiful and emblematic. The lobby has a very beautiful sitting room. The staff is very friendly and polite. They helped me book taxis and recommend restaurants around. The room is spacious. It looks clean. The breakfast was ok. We asked for a baby cot and it was in the room when we arrived.

On one morning we had no hot water due to a hotel fault ( which I appreciate could happen from time to time ) . On the same day our room was not fully tidied/ replenished as cushions still on bedroom floor? and no bath towels were left? ( Can only think it had something to do with the hot water problem ?? )

Room was a great size with lovely view, room was very comfy, and quiet to the noise on the streets. Breakfast was very varied and to our taste. Location was good for us as we liked the stroll into the centre of Prague.

I paid for a Double Delux room with extra seating area which our room clearly didn't have.. It resembled nothing that was advertised on the brochure... On arrival we were allocated room 202 which had single beds.. The staff did however re-allocate us to 304 so all good 👍

The hotel is located in a superb location - My room 304 overlooked the river... Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.. The staff were amazing too - always available and couldn't do enough for me.

I prefer a stand alone shower rather than one over a bath. But this is a minor point.

Quiet location, beside a tiny park, and directly opposite the river. Very easy stroll to the old town (15 - 20 minutes) and plenty of good cafe and restaurants within the hotel's location. Excellent proximity to public transport, (which is free if you are sixty-five years plus). Good breakfast. Attractive room, super comfy bed, good linen.
