A bit loud, simple insulation for the windows would help reduce noise, and the room got very hot without opening windows.

The size of the bathroom was very compact! There wasn’t much room to move about in there and the shower was very tight

The pillows were not very comfortable. Poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking and walking around the room.

The location is perfect. It's just 20 min from the city center. It's quite calm street. The street parking slot was been found just around the corner.

I thought I was getting a space with separate spaces. However, when you first walk in, there are beds. No couch/chair to sit on.

I love that there were 2 toilets and the rooms were big. Everything was clean and it’s a safe neighborhood. Main area is walkable and you’re near to many stores and restaurants. I love the small kitchen and the furnishings.

There was no door separating the two bedroom areas for privacy. The bathroom didn't have enough towel rails or hooks for four towels. Some maintenance was needed, e.g. the curtains didn't close completely, one rail even fell down, one of the bulbs in the bedside lamps was broken, the hooks near the front door fell down when we tried to use them. We didn't get the code information before leaving home, so we arrived without the necessary information after 5.00 pm, when no one was there to let us in. It should not be assumed that people visiting from another country have access to the internet when they are traveling.

We stayed there with our daughter and her boyfriend, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The decor was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a Tesco nearby and the apartment was close to a tram stop.

We paid 18 euros each for 2 SMALL bags of laundry to be done, and some items were returned discoloured and several items were still wet. The kitchenette was very small. Sitting at the table meant that you had to duck your head or bang it on a kitchen cupboard. The shower has no curtain. No choice but to mop up after every shower.

The location was great, the bedrooms were spacious and the staff were nice enough. Close to public transport.

Good location, 2 min walk from either of 2 tram stations, which is only 2 stops away from the main shopping area. Place is clean and staff is attentive. Even has all kitchen utensils.

Staff member knocking insistently, waking us up at 7:55am, keys out ready to let himself in when I opened the door, and no explanation as to why apart from “boiler”. The bed was two singles pushed together, they moved apart and one of us always ended up in the gap.

The rooms were clean and plenty of space. It was a good location. Prosecco and chocolate as we were celebrating a special occasion were a lovely touch. Staff behind desk were polite and helpful and arranged for some extra pillows that we requested.

The bathroom was uncomfortably warm and had a smell upon entering the room which was slightly unpleasant probably due to the heat. The curtains did not cover the windows fully. Pillows were thin and lumpy. Oops, no Teddy on the bed on arrival.

Bed sheets could do with getting rid of. One duvet cover was discoloured and one sheet. Our room faced the street and was quite noisy at night time.

the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. The cleaning staff are really loud even if you put a do not disturb on your door they still bang on your door asking if you want cleaning done. You can hear everything from the other rooms. The tv is temperamental.
