We spent nice day here. Whole hotel is nice, children especially enjoyed spa and ice cream during dinner :) One additionaly plus for stable wifi. All staff members were super kind. I can definitelly recommend this hotel for calm stay outside busy areas.

The food was really really bad, I was surprised considering how well the test went, and it’s important because there are no close places to eat in the area (see pic)

the spa wasn’t that good. the steaming cabin wasn’t working at all.. and there was only one sauna and it was really small max 6 people would fitted in. luckily at our stay it wasn’t that busy.. so the spa area could have been a bit better if it’s already calling it self a spa wellness resort.

The hotel/room was really nice and perfekt. just like the breakfast and dinner variety. location of the hotel and the look was stunning. quiet and nice for privacy and romance.

dinner wasn't tasty and I prefer to go to restaurant next time and yes spa is too small for this numbers for people, I had to wait sauna. also wet sauna and water in the pool had to be hoter

Sauna/steam bath operating hours during week days are not in alignment with a 4 star hotel. Please, add at least a kettle in the rooms.

We ordered half board, so including dinner. It would be great if there was always a vegetarian option available. Now you have to ask in advance and we did not know. Luckily we got something vegetarian. When we were there it was very quiet. If the hotel is fully booked the spa can feel a bit cramped

Nice surroundings of the hotel overlooking the forest. Large swimming pool with unlimited available saunas and jacuzzi. Bathrobes and towels for the pool. Interesting and unusual decor, like in a real castle. An intimate hotel.

there is no T mobile or O2 signal at all, however internet was good.

Very good breakfast, nice pool, but hotel was getting full, then the pool is a bit small and no massages possible, as they were fully booked, but it did not seem there was more then one massage staff, which is a pitty for 60+ rooms. Staff very friendly. Nice woods as surroundings, good for a quiet holiday, as there is nothing at all in the direct surroundings

This is a experience spa hotel. You get the spa experience but also you stay in a 600 year old castle in the middle of the forest, so it is quite a unique place. We particularly liked the breakfast (ok for vegetarians, might be tricky for vegans, but you can contact them before to for dietary requirements). The spa is also really good with plenty of options for massages and skin treatments. The 2 saunas and jacuzzi by the pool are also really relaxing. We really loved our time here and will come back for sure.

Some of the elderly guests are not so welcoming with families there, and it is NOT the hosts fault! The castle is fabulous, workers are nice and warm welcoming! Overall 10/10 ! Keep up the great work!

The hotel is very unique and our kids absolutely loved that it's in a castle. The location is so quiet and peaceful. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed using the pool in the hotel spa.

It was perfect, the Castle looks like exactly as on the photos, the room was excellent (Deluxe room), the Spa & Wellness was spectacular, the pool was enormous, the Jacuzzi and sauna was great, the massage treatments were super good, the parking was well resolved, great spaces, and the authenticity & atmosphere of the castle and the garden was beyond expectations, not to speak about the exceptional pine forest which surrounded the complete area, providing a marvelous view. The meals were also perfect, the breakfast with multiple choices was always delicious, and contentiously available during the complete morning. We had lunch & dinner at the local Tavern Restaurant, for twice I had Duroc roasted pork tenderloin, that had dreamlike taste, it was a different level of experience, the chef did an awesome job there. Overall it was really good, I truly recommend to try this place, it was one of the best experience that we had ever.

the pool is nice but beds to relax are limited and always full. Saunas are very small. Wifi is not working properly everywhere. Breakfast is not that rich as I'd expect.

Most of the staffs are speaking Russian only, so is complicated to solve something with masseur or technical service or with cleaning services for somebody whose not speaking Russian. But the Czech girls in the reception were very kind and helpful.

loved the location of the resort. It was warm and cosy for a beautiful winter weather around filled with Snow. The spa was great and staffs were very helpful. Breakfast had lot of options. worth the money and would love to visit again.

The wifi was quite weak in the rooms and in the spa. The sauna in the corner could have been 10-20 degrees hotter. But all minor things that I’m sure will be sorted in the future.

Amazing location in the middle of the forest, very convenient for walks starting straight from the hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Good pool and spa facilities.
