First and most - location! Within walking distance from almost everything and a very nice walk.. We only used the public transportation twice. The hotel is modern and furnished nicely, the room is spacious (comparing to other city hotels we've been to), clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety including bakery, hot plate, fruit. Staff are very nice, happy to assist and provide information on money exchange, traveling tips, and other tourist pit-holes. Check in/out were fast.

The breakfast is okay but only filter coffee is served. No variations such as cappuccino etc. Scrambled eggs or omelettes available on request, which is great.

Very centrally located, perfect for exploring the city in all directions. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Helpful and good tips included. Highly recommended. Many good restaurants right around the corner.

My only criticism is that there was no water or tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. There was a decanter and glasses but nothing to put in them. I think this would improve and give the hotel top marks.

Location was excellent. Yes, I was rather noisy because of some nearby bars, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The rooms were big and comfortable and the shower was great. The staff, especially reception were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay so much more pleasant.

Bed was too hard for us, and pillows were too soft. The biggest issue was the broken a/c. They gave us a fan for the 2nd night.

The pillows were quite soft but this is something subjective depending on your sleep preference.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs around. The Tram was very close too. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a variety of continental and cooked options. They also arranged our transfer back to the airport with their service. We would definitely stay again.

Despite the fact that the AC was functioning, the room could not be heated up to comfortable temperatures for some reason. In any case, the staff responded quickly and we were given a portable warmer that solved the problem.

It is our second time staying in this hotel and I think that speaks for itself. There was a great deal of comfort and a very friendly staff at this hotel. The location was also great and prices were reasonable. I should note that we get room upgrades every time we visit, and the room was ready when we arrived, which was earlier than 3 PM. I appreciated getting the keys to the room immediately without having to wait.

Doors needed push to close correctly. Friend tried the massage but found it painful. Maybe option for no housekeeping, as do not disturb card fell off door easily. Very minor as we had a great stay.

The interior is already a bit worn out. The breakfast was ok, for a 4 star there should be more vegan/vegetarian choices in milk products. Only soya milk for coffee was provided but not for yoghurts. The background music played in the breakfast room repeats over and over and the quality of the tape is bad.

Great location. Very central but quiet. Nice sized hotel, very friendly and attentive staff at the reception. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés in the area. All major sights in the center are close and walkable. Tram stops next door, supermarket Billa 50m away.
