The only feature that did not meet my expectations was the family room we had, it was very dark with no chairs or armchairs as shown in the various pictures.

Exceptional location and staff. The room and towels were very clean. The fat cat restaurant at the ground floor is well appointed with good food and staff.

The stairs to the solo rooms and I stayed on the 3rd floor - just be prepared if you're travelling alone but the guys at the reception can carry your luggage up for you. Gets a little noisy since the bar is downstairs.

When checking-in we were met with having to pay a deposit, 50% of the booking fee, and we did not get the money back at the checkout. According to the staff it's company policy to refund the deposit after room Service checks the room. This seems like a fishy practice to me, it has been four days now and we haven't heard anything from the hotel yet.

The room was clean and spacious, but a bit worn down. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and tourism spots are nearby.

The area is very central which makes the surroundings very loud. Our room was facing the street so we pretty much heard everything from the street outside. So, if you're looking for a quiet place or you have a light sleep, you should ask for another room.

Nice, clean place in an old, very central building, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast is various and tasty and they even have some parking spots which you should reserve in advance.

Room cleaning was slow/irregular.

Breakfast was good but monotonous if you're staying for ten days.

The lady at reception was rude. There was no elevator to get to our room, had to go up 2 lots of stairs with heavy suitcases. Our room was right next to the staff area and storage rooms I think. Staff would come up talking really loud and loudly closing the doors right next to our room - even early in the morning and late at night which would wake us.

The staff at the restaurant were very nice! Room was very large. Hotel in a very good location.

Great Location, Fantastic Restaurant with friendly staff. Nice Room but had to sleep with windows wide open in the middle.of winter as the room was too hot, and air con didnt work/was switched off which was a bit noisy but that didnt affect the comfort or our enjoyment of the room, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was right in the centre, to access the hotel you’d go through the restaurant. There’s an all you can eat breakfast option. The room was more spacious than I thought (family room). Exceed expectations for a central accommodation.
