Quiet and cozy hotel in the city centre, good prices and amazing breakfast.

Strange to have two beds joined with individual quilts. Breakfast was predominantly continental with a good selection but was quite expensive when compared to local cafe offerings.

Spacious, clean modern room with comfy beds. hotel staff helpful and polite. Hotel was in a great position for access to cafes,bars and restaurants and landmarks.

We stayed here in 2016 and were looking forward to returning. Rooms were still roomy and comfortable and the decor very pleasant. It is in a good location and couldn’t be safer as it is across from the police station. It’s history makes it worth a visit on its own.

Great location, near lots of places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely room overlooking the main court yard. A quiet location but still very near to the main attractions Prague offers. Breakfast good value. Charles bridge about five minutes walk away.

This is so petty but the sheets were not the softest. Honestly--that's out only (tiny) "complaint".

Wonderful staff, great location, clean and lovely room, and even a welcome drink ;-) We had a rental ca--parking was so convenient and secure--right on site ($).

This was by far the best hotel in Prague among all the ones we've ever stayed previously. Location, stuff, huge rooms, comfy bed - everything was just on top. Very much recommended and will definitely book it again

The spacious and tidy room made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.The friendly staff were always helpful and willing to assist with any inquiries we had. We appreciated the daily room cleaning service, which was promptly provided upon our request. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the old town made it convenient for us to explore nearby bars, cafes, and restaurants.

Perhaps, the bed could be better. It was a little hard but I was able to sleep well. Still, not others may love it.

The hotel was situated in a really peaceful location. It was my first time sleeping at a hotel for almost 10 hours straight! That’s how relaxing it is. There was a complimentary alcohol drink upon arrival and in my case, an additional birthday complimentary alcohol drink and greeting during breakfast on my birthday. I didn’t know they were taking note of birthdays. What a lovely experience! I was also able to start reading a great book during my stay there. However, I was only able to read half of it because I had other booked and planned activities. I’ll just order it online to continue reading it. Still, I could say that this is my greatest stay in a hotel to date. Well done!

Nothing all really clean and staff really friendly

We got there late and girl on reception was on her own and didn’t speak much English, she gave us the wrong room and not room I had paid for, next morning hotel manager was at my room door and upgraded us to best room and gave us free breakfast for the whole stay to say sorry for the mix up - all our stuff was moved and we had new room for when we came back - can’t fault this hotel any mistakes put right and made our stay so much better for this thank you so much

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is a 5/6 minute walk to Charles Bridge, yet despite its central location it's quiet at night. The reception staff are exceptional; genuinely lovely people who will go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and are looked after. It's clearly a very well managed hotel. Don't forget to look up the history of the building, it's fascinating.

Very well located. I checked in early so I luckily got a very large suite of room 101 with two rooms and two beds. However I was travelling alone so it was a bit spooky, especially the extraordinarily large bath room. The reception keeps the key when I’m away, which is very nice.

Room key is really a key with a heavy and large keychain - so you need to leave it and pick up at reception every time, not always convenient. I prefer key cards in 2023 😅 but overall no remarks, I enjoyed the stay!

Very cozy and nice hotel in the heart of Prague. The room was super spacious, quiet and modern. Location is great, right in the city center, also a lot of shops and cafes nearby, but the hotel itself is located on a quiet street. Thanks to Lucie at reception who recommended a great place to celebrate my birthday in Prague, she had the best tips!

Located close to old town center and you can touch by 10’ walk any objective. Across the location is the national Czech police headquarters, so pretty safe 😎 It’s quiet and you can rest comfortably. Breakfast was good and varied.
