What's not to like?

This was the most comfortable room I've had so far in Czechia. The bed was soft but supportive. I really appreciated the comfortable desk chair, and what a pleasure it was to have a sofa to sit on! Electrical outlets are where you need them, which is not always the case in older buildings. The whole place has a clean, modern design, and the windows face a peaceful garden. With a reasonably priced parking garage right next door and the location one block off the main street, this is the perfect choice for Olomouc.

There was a room labeled Restaurant, but was closed, no meals were offered, not even breakfast. Reception was manned afternoons only.

Price was a bit high. Couldn’t leave window open all night even though I wanted to because they had no screens on them and mosquitos were terrible. Availability of staff and office hours were very constricted.

We got a room designed for disabled people, I'm happy there are such inclusive amenities in the hotel. However, when raised this case with the reception why we received a bathroom for disabled (meaning with no shower tab etc), I was told there is no other room available. Not true as five minutes before the receptionist handed us two keys to two different rooms by mistake... 🙃

That was the thing about I was upset because hotel didn’t offer the breakfast!!! I needed to leave the bag but that wasn’t possible. During the day (till 2 p.m.) there wasn’t anybody from the front deak.

Having to lock the gate with a physical key. The key to lock the front door did not work when locking it from the inside. Really, they should utilize key cards.

Room was fantastic and large. Definitely bigger than I anticipated and it really was not brought down by anything. The location was okay too - close proximity to my college.

The fridge was not working. We reported this but nothing could be done. A pity the pension could not offer breakfast but there are lots of cafes very nearby.

The room was spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean, although we found the absence of a shower curtain rather odd. The pension is situated just five minutes' walk from the main square in a quiet location. Parking was very convenient and free.

Only few minor issues. The reception, as stated in the hotel page, is open only between 2 and 8 pm, so travelers have to adapt to the schedule for check in and payment. The safe in the room was not working. The hotel has no iron. The quality of the breakfast is very good--including fresh fruit and juice--but some people might feel the variety needs improvement.

This is a very nice hotel in the old town. Location is great--it's close to the town center, and almost all sites are in walking distance. (Be advised that there's a slope between the hotel and the tram stop, so prepare for some climbing. ) Was assigned to a kind of "accessibility" room, which is spacious with air-conditioning. It only has shower, but the bathroom is also large. It also has garden view. The front desk staff is very friendly and willing to help. I will recommend this hotel to travelers.

The reception is open between 2 and 8pm only. The breakfast was not included in the price (but the price was very reasonable, so there are two sides to this coin).
