Hotel staff goes away by 6 pm. Thought it did not matter us much but still it would be good incase some one needs any help.

The water kettle is a bit outdated & the nearest carpark recommended by the hotel is 100m away. The hotel does not have facility for loading & unloading of luggages & had to lug our stuff from the car park to the hotel.

Breakfast is acceptable, and location is within the Old Town. Room is huge for both persons with room to lay our two big lugguages.

Very good central location. The host is probably the friendliest you will ever find, and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel parking is a few 100 yds away, and perfectly safe.

There is not aircondition. There was fan on the floor. Beds was hard for us and pillows not comfortable.

All staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is modern and clean, not very samll. The location is top, you can access amazing landviews in few minutes. The Lindau insel is incredible place, must visit.

Yes, only one thing lacking and that is the water pressure of the Shower. I stayed on first floor even then the water pressure of the shower was very low.

In the middle of the room there is a wooden pillar. Can be an obstacle especially in the middle of the night if you are going to restroom. The car park is underground and located 100 metres away from the hotel and somewhat inconvenient to reach

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was confortable and clean. The location was perfect as you are right in the middle of the island few minutes away from the arbour. The breakfast was also really good. I have been in Lindau a few times, stayed in different hotels and I highly recommend the Insel Hotel.

Room was very warm and the tiny fan provided was loud. Staff forgot to give me the key code to the hotel, so when I arrived in the rain, had to wait outside called them to be let in. Little expensive, but not too bad. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Brilliant location, quiet and spacious. Nice breakfast. Staff very helpful with bike parking even when I arrived after hours.

Being so close to a pedestrian thoroughfare, you can hear the odd conversation late at night through the window as people file home. We would have liked a kettle to make some tea, but there wasn't one in the room when we arrived late. i expect if we arrived earlier and requested, the staff would have provided one.

Good service, we arrived late and were in need of parking. Staff called to tell us what to do and made things easier for us. Breakfast was excellent. Location in the pedestrian part of town was great for reaching everywhere on this beautiful small island. Room is Euro sized, so was compact. But there is enough space for everything.
