Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

From the day first there was no water in the washroom, we complained but no response The TV is not working a lot of the time we try but no working, not clean pots and we left the apartment 2 days before our check out date and we asked for a property refund for 2 days but they didn't refund.. very bad experience..

GermanyMy friend and myself booked this apartment because we saw the location to be let’s say 2km which is closer to the central station but on the day of the arrival it was rather 9 to 10km from the central station. Checked in successfully and there was no internet so I contacted the host and it took 24 hours for him to send the name of the WiFi and password which he knew it wasn’t working at least he should have explained but he didn’t and we waited for 2days after before they came to fix it .

United KingdomThe flat could have been cleaner - there was a bit of dust and the bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell, plus it was impossible to use the shower without water getting all over the bathroom floor. There was an empty cigarette box on the floor and a random pair of socks (presumably left behind). The iron did not work and though there were two towels provided, these were hand towels not bath towels. The pillows were very odd and not comfortable - like a pillow case had been stuffed with bits of cloth. When I arrived, it was easy to get the keys out of the lockbox, but the door was not unlocked as I had been informed by the host, so I was initially unsure whether I had the right apartment, and it took some time to figure out how the lock worked. On the last night of my stay, I encountered another guest who was struggling to access the keys for their apartment as they had not been given any instructions. I would advise checking the location when booking and ensuring that you obtain clear instructions for accessing the keys and apartment.
The flat was equipped to a reasonable standard - there was a bed, table, fridge and some kitchen items. The location was pretty good, about 20 minutes walk from the central train station (Koln HBF) and directly opposite the chocolate museum, which has a few bar/restaurant type establishments next to it. It served my needs perfectly well as I was out most of the day and did not do any cooking. I travelled to Cologne at short notice during a massive trade fair (170,000 visitors), so no other accommodation was available; this apartment met my expectations, albeit they were rather low.

ArgentinaUnfortunatelly we had a bad experience with the shower, was leaking from everyside of the hose and the owner just reply saying that it was ok before we arrived. Also, the fridge has huge amount of ice that we couldn´t put water cool down fast. The appartement in general is small (we knew that). There are several appartments in the boulding so may there are others better than the one we got.

Germanyon Booking.com, it gives one address that is more in the center of Köln (where the shops, bars/restaurants, and Cathedral are at), they then, sent me an email requesting me to fill out a form at 1:40pm (check in was 3pm).. they then sent me a new address 20 minutes away from where I thought I was staying.. very upset about that.

United States of AmericaWe ubered to the location we booked, we were sent a text the day before we arrived with a different property address no where near where we booked so we had to take another uber to that address, we tried contacting property manager for assistance and still have not heard from them been 3 days, we had no towels for showering, no bath mats - just 3 hand towels, the shower faucet is broken and more water comes out of the hose then the shower head, the light in the bathroom is continually flickering but we didn't want to tighten the bulb because of the wire sticking out
We ended up in a location and meet some amazing people which we would not have in the place we booked

ItalyThey left me only two cover sheets for me to dry off after showering for the four days I stayed in the apartment, when I arrived at the place the apartment was not ready , before that I asked a day in advance if I could arrive at least 1 hour before the time and they denied , but when I got to the apartment they made me wait for another 30 minutes I entered the code they gave me is simply the machine did not give me the keys. I sent a message and waited for 10 minutes for the reply and I was informed that someone would come to help me after this time the boy comes from inside the building with the keys and gives me . in other words, it was all a lie they were still tidying up the apartment. on the day of departure 10.50 there was already someone knocking on the door telling me to leave the apartment I never hope to come back in this apartment.

GermanyThe room didn't even look close to the pictures shown. The furniture (chair and table) was broken. We were scared to sit on those chairs Staff told us to park in an expensive parking lot which was on the other side of the river. In the end we found cheap parking lot about 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment wasn't really clean...the shower was a mess. Never again! not worth the money.
The location is excellent...I think you are paying this high price only for the location. Bed was comfortable... that's it!

IrelandShower was broken, mould everywhere in the apartment, not clean, bad not comfortable at all, pictures are way too nice to what we have found.Place not secure, locks on the door quiet unsecured.We booked for 4 nights, checked out after the first night as we were afraid for our safety there and also the apartment was dirty and many things were cheap and not working.We asked for money back for the remaining 3 nights and explained why we had to move.The host didn't care and was very abrupt in saying that the place is located central and in a very much sought-after area.Contacted booking to make a complaint, they told us that all we can do is to leave this review to prevent others of using this property. We had no time to read the reviews before, but we have learned a lesson, I suppose, and please do be aware that what these people say here in the reviews it is true.We paid €550 for 4 nights, stayed 1 night, reported and they were careless to return some money back.I would not recommend this place and host to anyone! It's been a very bad experience with the host and the place itself. This place shouldn't be on booking.

BelgiumThe address listed (in Booking.com's address field) does not match the actual address, which is listed in the title. It's worth noting that the listed address is in the center of town, whereas this actual address is far outside of town. I still can't tell if this is done intentionally to trick people into renting this place or not, but I'd wouldn't be surprised if this violated Booking.com's terms of service. I hope they update the listed address to the correct one to be more fair to future visitors. Also worth noting, they did not provide bathing towels, only face towels - which is a small, but weird omission.
Comfortable apartment, would be good for longer stays, save for the fact that you don't have any wifi or bath towels.
