The bed was a single bed but quite tiny and did not feel so comfortable sleeping so many days in a row.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location is 7 min walk from the metro station that takes you right to the city center (20 min ride).

Impossible to shower without getting water onto the window ledge (927) due to it being an over-the-bath shower with a curtain that can't seal the end of the bath where the shower head is. At one point on Friday 01 December, both of the pair of lifts were out-of-order, so only lift C could be used. A bit disappointing

The rooms facing the main road get ridiculously hot during a heatwave and the lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable with only fans.

The room was a little small. The internet was extremely slow at peak hours, and the bed could've been more comfortable.

The hotel is located close to the Tierpark metro station making going in and out of the city easy. Also close to the Tierpark zoo if you're interested in visiting. The hotel staff were helpful, had good English, and friendly. They went out of their way when it came to allergy accommodations for the breakfast. The breakfast was impressive, loads of options. Allergy information clearly labelled, and when labelled incorrectly they actively remedied that. The design of the hotel was nice, retro and cosy, lots of zoo themed things, too.

It is advertised as having aircon but really it's just a little fan so it did get a tiny bit hot. It is really not central but there is a metro station close by.

However, many things could be better. First of all, there was no air conditioning in the room. My sleep was not comfortable at all because of very hot weather. Another strange thing about the hotel, during my stay (3 nights) my room has not been cleaned ! Maid has never entered my room !

The hotel is located in a 5 minutes walk from Tierpark U-Bahn station, line U5, which is directly connected to all central locations and with a Central train station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. This is really good thing about the hotel. The breakfast was really decent, with large selection of cold and warp options. The restaurant is quite large and pleasant. Also the price, in comparison to other Berlin hotels, is not very high.

There were two beds in the reserved double room instead of a a double bed. However this might be selected at the time of reservation.

The hotel is near to the Tierpark Berlin. Good U-Bahn connection to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and to the Wuhlheide. Supermarket and some restaurants are nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The hotel itself has a flair of the nineties, but all furniture and equipments are in good condition. The beds were quite comfortable.

With tours and things to do you have to book for yourself, they can't book it for you. The hotel is far and outside of the city center, it's not close enough to all the main museums and attractions. A cab ride a day was costing me 30.00 dollars each way. Best to use their public transport or use bolt a ride share service. They have a dinner menu in the room, but their restaurant is not open for dinner and only open for the breakfast and for reservations for lunch. Not that many food options nearby.

Staff was helpful, room was spacious, the breakfast was ok. They have a lot of information and brochures about things to do in the lobby.

Wi-Fi signal is weak.

The location of the hotel is very good. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, there is a tram station nearby to the historic centre of the old city, which is very convenient. Since our room faced west it was very hot during the day but we were all visiting the old town so it didn’t bother me.
