The hotel is in quite a peaceful location beside the river. The room was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is a convenient walk away from shops and restaurants and the train is also a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely return to Ameron when I next visit Berlin.

It's a little noisy on the street outside early hours in the morning, with deliveries and street cleaners. This could have been mitigated by closing the window but I was really warm in the room.

The hotel was gorgeous, very clean and staff were friendly. The fresh lemon juice in the foyer throughout the day, plus the free coffee, croissants and fruit in the morning was a nice touch. Great location for exploring the city and loved that there was an organic food store right next door. I would stay here again for sure.

I would happily have paid for room service from the restaurant. In the absence of that option, it would have been nice if asking for cutlery to eat delivery food were an officially available option rather than having to annoy the restaurant waiter. Small note: room 214 had a detached shower fitting

there is a bath in the bathroom instead of a shower cabin, which to me, personally, is not comfortable

The heater didn’t work in the room but as soon as we let them know a portable was brought up to our room and the problem was fixed

My room was cold even with hitting on But to be fair I did not complain about it to staff since I stayed for short time There is no access to the door of the hotel by car you have to walk few meters with a lot of Lage not very smooth

location was perfect for a work trip. the room was quite large and spacious, well decorated and extra amenties provided. breakfast was big, fresh and varied. there was a chef doing omelets made to order.

Unpleasant situation at breakfast - Got first eyerolling and answer back "you can do it your self as well, you know" from a hostes/waitress when ask if she can open new bottle at the buffet. Yes sure i can but i also know that not every hotel likes guests fideling with buffet and by any standards this is not how you answer to guests a questions. The beds too soft for me

The structure is a little bit old but it was clean. The staff was good and friendly. Good location in a quiet zone and with good connection by bus and train (we didn't use it so much because there was a strike going on those days). Avery good organic shop nearby
