The air conditioning did not work very well, so we had to open the window at night. Because of this it was noisy in the morning. But everything was great

The hotel located in interesting location, close to the main sights of Berlin. It's located on the river, it is nice to walk there if the weather is good. The hotel is comfortable, staff was friendly. The room is clean and quiet. Good value for money

I gave the hotel zero for value for money because after 4 weeks they have still not returned the 200 euros they took for 'security' on arrival. We have made great efforts to sort this and they have not contacted us once

The Abion Villa Apartments were great. It is very spacious, and clean and with an excellent style inside. The general lobby room is perfect for meeting and reading; tea, coffee and even a sip of wine were free. The staff was amiable and helpful. It was refreshing to see that such service still exists, and I want to thank the people working there, from reception to cleaning personnel - exceptional. We did not have breakfast, but that arrangement and the food looked pretty good. As usual, I would like to have a parking lot as a free option, but that is obviously difficult and wishful thinking in Berlin. So thanks again, all the best and Merry Christmas!

Abion Villas are exceptional. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We were right on the river with superb views and close to lovely restaurants , cafes and shops. Staff were really good . Top rated experience.

Room service was not satisfactory for breakfast. It would have been helpful to have a list of items for breakfast in the room to choose from. Although the breakfast was only for one person it would have better to have a pot of coffee and not just a cup of coffee. There was a problem with the shower. The door seal was not secure which meant the water leaked out on to the floor. The bath was not comfortable because the taps were cumbersome .

Breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection of dishes. The waiters were obliging and there were no problems with our choice of food. The staff at Carl & Sophie were professional and friendly and the menu was satisfactory. The area is very pleasant and quiet and ideal for hotel accommodation. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Nice location, public transportation nearby, good offer of places to eat and drink, very attentive staff and modern facilities. Breakfast is a must.

The bar staff was horrible which is why I can’t give a better star rating. The server couldn’t care less about serving you. I asked three times for a lemonade. After giving me water and a Fanta I once again asked for the lemonade and was finally told they didn’t have anymore. The waiter ignored us repeatedly and walked past us. I rarely leave a place without tipping even for poor service but this place didn’t deserve anything.

We come to celebrate the birthday of my kid. We called the hotel and they told us that we have to book a stay at the suites because they have connected suites available. When we arrived at the reception we were informed, that the place is fully booked, so we can not stay together. For our holiday we were split - me and my daughter (7 year old) in one suite and my son (10 years old) with my husband in the other suite. We were very disappointed, but we got the promise, that they will put us together on the next day. Next morning I ask the lady at the hotel reception what is going on, but she had no idea about the case. After checking the system she told me, that we can move after several days to the hotel, where there will be rooms connected, and that eventually she can contact booking and ask them for money refund, because we already paid for suites, that are much more expensive that the rooms. Until the end of our stay nobody contact us. The lady at the suites reception was kind, but obviously the people at the hotel reception were absolutely unprofessional and they totally spoiled our stay. We had common luggage and we had to run through the corridor every time when someone needed a toothpaste, clothes etc. Overall we had very unpleasant stay due to the hotel management and I do not recommend booking this place.

The location is good, no street noise. Convenient transport to the city centre, a lot of restaurants with great food nearby, many parks to walk and relax.

This place was an incredible deal. I had a suite with a full living room, great bath tub and a large bed. The views of the Spree were fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel, with the whole nine yards. It's not the perfect location for first-timers, but for me it was quite convenient.

The breakfast (at the main hotel) was great. The Villa Suites were very nice, clean, and exactly like in the pictures. Right on the water with a nice view. The main hotel had a decent bar with a great selection of different brands of liquor and special shout out to having Napue Gin 👌
