How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very small bathroom with tough access to shower (if you have over 100g, you will have a trouble). It is only a problem of too big wash-basin - why you don't change it?
Breakfast was perfect, wide assortment. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location is very good - walking distance to city center and good access by car. Available parking house - connected to hotel by direct lift.

Rooms have no sound insulation, and I was awakened multiple times during the nights by other guest’s conversations, televisions, and love-making sounds.
Great location, friendly, professional staff, and a nice breakfast.

Expected the room to be more soundproof. Didn't particularly appreciate being woken up at 2am by the conversation that the neighbors were having in the room upstairs. It felt like all the noise communicated too easily through the bathroom. Besides that and the fact that the room was a bit small, not bad overall.

It was a great location but the room was not nice. They fancy up the pics to make it seem more special. The carpet was nasty. The lamp shade next to the bed has at least two inches of dust on it. We stayed four nights and not one time was our room cleaned. The pillows might as well have not been there. They were flat as a pancake. Actually a pancake is fluffier than these pillows. Walls were super thing. No AC. Could hear the neighbors next door. Hall smelled of cigarette smoke. If you’re staying with a friend, beware, the bathroom doors are all frosted glass. Ie completely see through. No privacy.

The room was a little dated, there was constant flys in the shower and the bathroom is not fully closed off with just some glass sliding doors so there is not a lot of privacy. Finally the bar looked lovely but it was only ever open once in the 4 nights we were there.
It is an amazing locating right by the centre, the staff were very friendly and even provided me with an iron upon request, very comfy bed and complimentary water.

Very small rooms, I stayed 3 nights and there was no cleaning service during my stay. Wifi kept disconnecting. Bathroom is old. Also, even if it was a single room, they could have at least 2 pillows and a dobly douvet. It was really cheap of them to provide one pillow and a single duvet for a double bed...
Excellent location. This is the main reason why I choose this hotel when in Wiesbaden.

I see is that the exhaust fan system is not working all the time or not working long enough. This causes the room to smell if you don't open the window. Power outlet next to the bed could have had a second socket or even a USB socket that would make it a lot more user friendly.
the room is ok size is just right for one person. Its nicely arranged and has all what is needed for a short stay. Including wifi in very good condition.

Bathroom space is not designed adequately. Shower doors cannot be open properly so entrance is difficult. Bathroom venting system is not sufficient.

Nothing springs in mind.
Perfect location - directly in the city center. Rooms small but clean, they have everything needed for two. Breakfast is great - absolutely worth the price. Public parking in the adjacent building is a nice extra. Very nice and helpful staff.
