The hotel was suburb and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The room was immaculate with all the facilities you needed. The location couldn't have been better, 5 minute walk to all the amenities'.

The location was perfect! Short walk to Alexanderplatz, where are shops and restaurants. Located near by Hackersmackt area and the subway station. Breakfast was great, room was very nice and clean :)

Great location, comfortable, spacious room with thoughtful staff. Very close to the sights (short walk to at least five major destinations) and to the hop-on hop-off tourist bus routes, right by the tram and train stations, only a half hour from the airport.

My safe didn’t work and though the staff started the job of repairing it, it still wasn’t working at the end of my trip. Some of the wardrobe doors were hard to open - which caused me to ask for a change of apartment.

Familiar - I’ve stayed there previously. Excellent location. Lovely staff. Good lounge. Pity I was there at Easter when things basically closed down

Cleaning was poor. Balcony was dirty. You should ask for cleaning in advance otherwise they clean only several days. We have stayed more than 10 days. Just first day we got water, other days they don’t put any free water in room. In the lobby bar, we were 4 person, they forced us to go out with the drinks in lobby as much as they are closing bar early. We moved to lobby. After 15 minutes they opened bar for local guests and they explained it’s because they were 8 person and we were only 4. We spent enough big money in this hotel but we got poor service everywhere. I will not book again.

I love the lobby area,clean and beautiful interior. Receptionist were polite as well. I like the location of hotel as well.

There is really nothing that’s worth mentioning. Perhaps the only thing could be providing some oil for cooking and something for washing the dishes. But this had no impact on my overall satisfaction.

Comfortable apartments with everything you need for cooking or warming up your food - a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a French press and a toaster. And even a dishwasher! Fantastic quality of sleep thanks to a comfortable beds and good sound isolation. Great for working from the room - fantastic internet and a decent desk. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I happy to have discovered this place and will be back soon.

Our air conditioning wouldn't stay on so our room was very hot and we couldn't open the windows due to the auto close feature they are installed with.

The apartment was great and clean. The location was amazing. We loved that we could bring our dogs. Underground parking was amazing.

Rooms need a refurb. They are old. Couch is uncomfortable, carpet very old as well.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to major sights, transport very close and supermarkets all within 5-10 mins. Eating out was also close.

Housekeeping service is provided every Thursday. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday but was provided with the service after contacting the reception.

Very good location, just 3 minutes walk to the train station. Alexanderplatz is within walking distance where there is a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and polite. Room is spacious.

The hall carpets on the third floor, which our room was on, looked tired and in need of replacement.

The room was well fitted out with good kitchen equipment and utensils. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for the s-bahn, Alexanderplatz and Museum Island.

Pillows could have been bigger

Location was good, supermarket, restaurants and shops all around the corner. Rooms are very comfortable, staff friendly and accommodating, and speak English. Washing machine and dryer in the room which is marvellous, free soap from hotel. We had 2 rooms; 1 room had 3 people which is a bit tight but can work- hotel put a single bed into 'lounge area' They were ready with our room when we arrived at 10am and allowed us access without charging extra. Would definately recommend.

The shower screen was ineffective to keep water in. The large floor to windows were not locked when we arrived late at night. One of them was open. We opened the other not realising it was unlocked at the bottom and a straight drop out to the ground from second floor. Very dangerous, especially if you had children. The staff locked in the morning when alerted.
