The front desk is on the first floor, it looks old and is not visible directly from the entrance stairs. The rooms are also on the second floor upstairs, there is no elevator available. The distribution of the rooms is unclear. Difficult to find parking near the hotel.

It was a single room for one person with an individual bathroom. The room size was limited, but to pass the night, a bed, a desk, and a bath only for myself, worked great at an excellent cost. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The tram station is less than 5 minutes away walking.

Perfect location, very close to S and U Bahn stations, friendly stuff. I stayed in a single bed room, which was very tiny, but had its toilet & shower ensuite. For longer stays it is a bit too small, but I was there for a night, so it was still ok.

No internet. Wifi was centralized at reception so it doesn't reach all the rooms and I was told they can do nothing about it. There was an odd smell that seemed to be their air freshener but it smelled bad and gave headache.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. The building is abit old but the room and beds were clean. The location is in the neighborhood of some good cafe, restaurants, and a very nice park. There was no separate water boiler in the room but whenever I asked the staff, they provided hot water.

Well, no breakfast - not even an automat to buy some drinks, coffee or snacks. The room was not heated yet (26.10), so the room was chilly. However there was a heater in the bathroom which we switched on. The room was not really clean - the beds were clean, but for example the light switches not, unfortunately. So cleaning could be better.

The shower had really good water pressure! Nice atmosphere, the building is old - still no smell of mold! Later check out was possible, thank you.

There is a major problem for anyone with mobility or some health difficulties. In order to reach the reception area one has to climb a steep staircase and to my room on the hotel’s first floor it was 48 steps from the pavement outside. While a lift is available for reaching rooms on higher floors, it is accessed only after climbing the stairs on at least 30 steps. This should be stated on all information about the hotel.

No breakfast was available but several good coffee shops are nearby- I esiecially liked the Cappuccino on the corner if Knesebeckstrasse and Momsenstrasse.

I may not have used the shower properly, but water spread outside the shower doors. Besides, there was something that came off the toilet.

To be honest, I didn't expect much from the outlook, but I really liked my stay. The cleanliness and Wi-Fi were just what I expected. Especially since I booked my room at the last minute, it was a relieve that the room was pretty decent and I was able to have a comfortable stay.

Wi-Fi has problems, signal too weak, in practice it was like not having it, and we stayed 3 nights. The hosts were not too friendly, except for two young german girls who have behaved nicely and efficiently. If they weren't there, our vote would have been one point less.

The staff felt a little rushed

It’s a lovely old building. My room looked out into a quiet garden and felt very spacious with its high ceilings. It’s well-located for the S-Bahn a few stops from central station, and Charlottenberg’s cafes and castle
