- hote parking all time full - book a silent room; bcs if u have a room to the road, than u can not open the window, there is a lot of noise during the night, bcs some crazy guys are "testing" their cars (police is not acting against) -

- the Hotel is very well located, only a 3 min walk to the city center - the staff of the Hotel is very kindly and professionell - breakfast is very good - room was big (deluxe room), clean and good equipped - next parking garage (bcs hotel parking is nearly all time full) is 3 min walk - if u drive an e-vehicle, there are 2 chargers in front of the Hotel

Only one coffee pod for the coffee machine in the room for 3 nights. They tried to charge me for 3 breakfasts that I didn't have. It was then deducted after a discussion.

I didn't like that there was no fridge and slippers in my room and no water supply. Only 1 little bottle for the whole stay.

Breakfast was quite bad. The pictures on Booking.com do not resemble the actual offerings (like no salmon was there). Infact both days the staff did not restock the buffet properly, so we only had a sandwich with some egg (until they were also out of that). They ran out of juices, cheeses, pancakes, etc. etc. You can have a WAY better breakfast for half the price at the bakery (200 meter walk).

The bed was excellent, however the pillows are way too soft. Hotel is very close to the Christmas Market, which is nice.

Check-in was delayed for 30' because the room was not ready on time.. One of my towels had a stink, so I didn't use it. It wouldn't hurt if there were a couple of still water bottles in the room. A proper espresso coffee option, not from an auto machine should be available, instead of both the breakfast bench and the bar just having the same machine.

The location is excellent. The staff is really helpful and keen to service any queries. Interesting concept, really sophisticated and lovely decorations. Lovely areas, bar, outside area, private spots. The restaurant area is beautiful and the breakfast was beyond standards. The room was spacious with a great view, the double bed quite comfortable and the amenities ok. I loved the shoe cleaning machine.

Not really cheap, some parts of the hotel seem a bit aged. Some dust in the room. Cool that the bar is open 24h, but its really not very welcoming at night because of too much light in the lobby. Its a shame.

Extremely friendly and caring staff, exceptional! Small gestures on room inc. personally written welcome card. Good breakfast. Nice designed rooms, themed to Dortmund.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a wardrobe in the room. I’ve been to a lot of hotels around the world and I’ve never been unfortunate enough to stay in one without a wardrobe…not even the cheapest ones in the seediest places. There was just a metal railing or whatever hanging from the roof right in the middle of the room. Anywhere you looked, it was there and you couldn’t avoid seeing it. My partner didn’t mind but I didn’t like it because I want to be able to put my stuff away where they can be concealed and be done.

The location was great. The hotel is in the middle of the main train station and the city centre. Room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable…I didn’t like the pillows but I guess I could have asked for firmer pillows. There was surprisingly a turntable in the room that we booked. That was a nice touch. The complimentary drinks and refreshments were amazing. Amazing staff as well. We would definitely be back.

The ventilation system in the room and bedding could have been better.

It is located in prime location of Dormund and Westfallhalen stadium is easily accessible.

The room looked bigger in the picture and a mini fridge would have been highly appreciated. I was surprised to see the room wasn t equipped with one.

The staff was friendly and there was a good price/quality ratio. Also, it basically in the city centre, so it was close to everything. The bed was super comfy and I really appreciated the blinds, which also blocked the street noise very well.

Felt a little uncomfortable around the area at night. Breakfast very poor....€8 for one small tasteless croissant and coffee.

Good value for money. Near to the station and town centre. Football museum only 5 minutes walk.
