There is no bar in the afternoon or evening, you can't have a cup of coffee or some alcoholic drinks. However, right next to the hotel there is an excellent italian restoran, so it isn't much of a problem.

The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. The breakfast was very good, lots of variaties.

All good! Great breakfast, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It is located at 30-40 min walk to Therme and City center. We came by train and we had a 3 min walk to the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice rooms, classical in design, squeaky clean and worm. Great restaurant and a family atmosphere.

It is very cozy and warm. A family owned hotel. The owner was kind enough to come pick us from the airport amidst a snow storm, that had is blocked for 3 days in Munich.

It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee maker in the room. The bedlinen and bathrobe should be more cared for (bedlinen was permanently stained, and the bathrobe was kind of worn out).

I did rate the hotel at highest rate because of the exceptional service provided when Munich airport closed down because of heavy snowfall. I arrived literally in the middle of the night in Erding from an overcrowded, no available taxi, Munich airport. I was left by the bus at 5 km distance. I called the reception and the manager was very kind to come and pick me up, in the middle of the night, through snow and bad weather. I was really impressed!

Reception closes at 8pm, so if flight is delayed or you have a late flight you cannot access the room. On booking.com one has the option to inform about arrival time including late ones but I got feedback about the opening hours of the reception only after I had done the booking. Luckily a colleague of mine was at the hotel and she took care of the check in. Maybe an alternative can be offered for late arrivals like a pin no to access the hotel with details of the room no and the key will be available on the reception desk.

Extremely clean, very good breakfast, close to a supermarket, pharmacy in case of any emergencies. Area very quite and not so far from the airport.

The only thing that we didn't like is that we forgot our tooth paste and got a tiny little one-time substitute at the reception for 2,5€ - which was kinda a redicilous in a hotel like this...(in other hotel that stuff is for free).
