Only one bathroom which makes it difficult if four of you are in the flat. If you are over 5ft 10 the shower isn't great due to height restrictions.

Easy to collect keys for check-in, apartments are in a great location, easy to access all of Berlin at your leisure. Flats are pretty basic but perfectly comfortable for a short stay.

the photos on booking.com are deceiving. The apartment that we got was old and does not match with the photos. They have a lot of apartments and we got the bad one. It will be nice if there is salt, pepper, sugar and also some teas and coffess in the apartments. The only good think is the location.

Apartment felt a bit empty and sterile - not a real "home from home". Could have done with some soft furnishings like cushions to make it feel a bit more homely, especially for anyone staying for more than a couple of nights.

Fantastic location round the corner from the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial. Everything within walking distance - the Museum district, Bundestag, Checkpoint Charlie etc. Professional set up with helpful reception staff. Apartment was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

I am very happy with the professionalism of the apartment staff. I accidentally left my personal belongings in the apartment and called to request an immediate check. Actually small details could be improved, tv channela only 3 available ZDF & ARD, One local. In the bathroom only one soap for hands, could have also small shower tube.

The advertisement misinforms about the location of the apartment. The apartment is located three blocks from the direction of the advertisement (the office where you pick up the kiss, that btw it does not even have a toilet). If I had known before, I would not have rented that apartment as there are other better options.

The lift was out of order for 3 days (Easter weekend, so no one came to fix it). We were on the 6th floor so that's a lot of stairs. The apartment was very warm, in summer it's likely to be very hot, however with the windows open, there's a lot of noise from the street.

The apartment was spacious, comfy, and very clean. It was easy to walk to key sights and public transport options were close by. It had all the appliances and linen that we needed.

A few things were broken & when advising them they didn’t seem to care. Especially when it was cold in the evening & I had a 9month old baby with us. For the price we paid, we expected to be able to make the choice of heating or not.

The location was wonderful and the apartment was really big and light. We were able to cook easily and it was also located very near good restaurants and cafes with a good supermarket just up the road.
