Big room with a nice design, bathroom with a tub. Great breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Good location, near to U-Bahn stations, close to the city center. Sauna and gym are a pleasant addition to a nice stay.

We thought the area was a little run down, especially at night it felt a bit dangerous. If we go to Hamburg in the future, we would choose a more touristy area for that reason. The sauna in the hotel was not working.

Our room was quite big and close to the train station. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out.

Waited 10 minutes for checkin. Only 1 staff there. Nice furniture in the lobby but very old and used; same as the carpet in the corridors. Extremely narrow parking and expensive. Impossible to book double bed. Emptied bottle of shower gel & no replacement done. No cleaning up of the room between our 2 nights. Waited 10 minutes to get a place at breakfast. Breakfast food was good but not much choice. Hotel very expensive for a location, where one does feel more in Turkey or North Africa than in Hamburg nice German city.

The first day the hotel was not informed about the free breakfast for genius members of booking.com, however it was settled the next morning.😉

The two beds were super and the breakfast buffet rich🤗.. For me the neighborhood was interesting with lots of restaurants and bazar Turkish.

Bar not open during our visit. Area a little run down. No real issues however

Hotel perfectly fine for a short one night stay. Hotel was able to accommodate an earlier check in and rang me when the room was ready. The short walk from Hbf takes 10 minutes but like all major cities the area around the main station can be a little unsettling. However we encountered no issues and the fact that the hotel is directly opposite the Police station gave some reassurance. Lidl also opposite for those seeking supplies. Nearby u bahn station very useful.

Air conditioning was not working in the Room, so it was very cold at the night. We asked staff for the heater however for safety reasons we turned it off for the night. It was 19-20 celsias.

Long waiting time coffee machines at breakfast

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, good WiFi, nice welness & fitness on the top floor. Liked the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff made the extra effort to change rooms.

except for the breakfast, which as a whole was too industrial compared to the otherwise memorable hotel, the coffee from the machine was classless and anyway all the other elements seemed tastelessly impersonal

Nevertheless, the hotel's location was one thing that made me less happy. It's hardly the peaceful getaway one may expect for, as it's located in a busy and chaotic region. While some guests may find its close proximity to Hamburg's Central Station handy (like myself), it might not be the greatest option for others who want a more tranquil setting. The hustle and bustle of the surroundings can be overwhelming, especially for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

The rooms are well-appointed, and I particularly appreciated the large working desk provided, perfect for those needing to catch up on work or browse with a notebook. The ambiance of the hotel is inviting, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
