The worst part of the visit was the shower as the water was dripping out and it was impossible to have a proper shower. The water in the pool is rather cold and it wasn't very pleasant.

Good location with a grocery store right next to it as well as a tram stop. The room was okay and spacious and clean when we arrived. There was a fridge to get some drinks in the evening, free coffee/tea, and the lounge could be used 24/7.

Metal window was completely wet at the morning by condensate air, external rolo didn't work (we used only inner rolo). Some details in the room - you can see that it's old and used (therefore lower score), but in general for lower price thanks to Genius it was OK and nice stay.

Hotel on 1st view looks very nice and clean, personal was friendly, also good coffee for free was a nice plus. Thank you We booked it for swimming pool, but 1st day water was very cold (sauna was appreciated)

The fitness centre was out of action which was the main reason we booked the stay to use on a 4 day work trip. My room felt "cheap", the floor boards were coming up, the bathroom needed to be cleaner. Wifi was pathetic and kept dropping out. Breakfast was ok just not to my liking - would have preferred some more traditional German items - Pretzels etc.

The swimming pool and sauna area were great, nice and modern. Good parking outside and very quiet location to get a solid nights sleep.

Spa closed at sunday, no reception on sunday, very tiny room and i mentioned (and received confirmation) that i was allergic to pets so if there were pets prior to our visit they would extra pay attention to cleaning but there was a dust carpet under the bed so cleaning is not high on there list. Besides the room, hallway was also dirty.

Excellent breakfast and Superb bed! Hotel feels nice with the art, garden is also nice.

in the room we stayed in. We don't know if there is an air conditioner or not. We tried to look around where it's the air conditioner or remote or the way to turn on the air conditioner because the weather was very hot. We couldn't find any recommended documents in the room. So we opened the window and closed the blinds and closed another layer of curtains. Fortunately, late that night it was raining and windy. Otherwise, we could not sleep due to the stuffy weather. There is no refrigerator in the room, only a small wine cooler. It would be great to switch to a small refrigerator. The balcony of all rooms can be accessed without barriers. If I was traveling alone, I definitely wouldn't dare open the window to sleep. The swimming pool closes too early. Therefore, we can't use the service. If changing the time to 22.00 would be great.

Inside the room is clean and tidy. It is a medium size room. The staff at the time of our check-in didn't communicate very well in English but tried to recommend the hotel. 👍The staff in the morning in front of the breakfast room are very impressive. He smiled and greeted him in a friendly manner. Breakfast is enough and for those who like coffee, you can drink it yourself 24 hours a day.

Reception closes at 6 or 7 instead of stated 10 PM. It took us 30 minutes to get hold of the phone number provided so we could get a code to retrieve keys from the locker. Hotel could have shown basic communication skills of providing us the code in advance.
