Very cozy hotel, located 15 minutes away from the famous castle Neuscwanstein. Very comfortable stay, nice wellness area, clean and cozy rooms, superb breakfast. We had dinner in restaurant and we had enjoyed "alpine-style" bar with friendly staff.

The breakfast was good but it wasn't various. It is written that the rooms are soundproof, but I can hear the dogs barking in the rooms next to me.

I liked the style of the hotel. It is like a chalet, and the room was big. The personal is very friendly.

We wanted to stay longer but they were sold out!

A very nice, clean, quiet hotel close to Füssen. Our group of 3 had 3 single rooms, and all rooms were clean & spacious. All three of us were very satisfied with this hotel and we will definitively stay here when we go here again. The staff members are very nice, friendly, competent, patient, and are dressed in traditional Bavarian clothes – which are nice to see instead of business suits & ties. The free parking was nice & convenient. A nice breakfast buffet too.

Beautiful traditional building, lovely staff dressed traditionally. The most amazing view and sunrise. The rooms are very luxurious Breakfast was so good. I love this part of Germany and the quality of the cooking

Our landscape view of the mountains and lake as the backdrop from our room balcony was magnificent. Same view from the patio below where you dine. We had dinner in the restaurant, wait staff were dressed in authentic Germany wear adding to the already wonderful atmosphere. Food was exceptional also.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful position. Very comfortable room with a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent as was the hotel restaurant where we ate both the nights that we stayed. Lovely staff too. one of our favourite hotels on our road trip in Germany.

The room had a lovely balcony. The rooms were extremely clean and refreshed each day. There was a great outdoor area for dinner and drinks. Very relaxing!

When I was checking-in, the lady at the reception couldn't find my reservation because she didn't understand my name. Instead of working together to find the reservation, she shrugged her shoulders ("we don't have you on the list") and asked me to move aside to serve other customers. Very unprofessional. The rest of the staff was great!

No restaurant when we were there but we did know about this when we booked. Rural = quiet

Out of town, over looking a lake. Only two eateries outside the hotel that we had to explore as the Hotel’s restaurant was closed for two days. One a little efficious the other only keen only to take cash, although they did take the card in the end. 5km from Fussen which we didn’t explore. Good breakfast. A nice stay in a rural setting.

The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and this makes things complicated because you need to take the car to the closest town for a meal.

The staff was very friendly and the hospitality they've displayed (from reception to restaurant, across all over the facility) was nothing but excellent. The breakfast was having a great variety even including gluten-free bread and musli options although I haven't requested them prior to my arrival. The view of the restaurant, the sincere atmosphere and the people made my 1 night stay a memorible one. Thank you everyone for everything!

What a wonderful hotel. We booked last minute and we're totally wowed when we arrived. We booked the holiday room, and was given R304 which turned out to be an entire little apartment with the most amazing views over the lake and mountains. Made use of the pool and sauna facilities. It was a shame we couldn't have spent longer here!

It was a bit complicated to find our room at first but it was okay after all.

We enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and super friendly staff! it was great location, we really enjoyed swimming with a mountain view.
