I did not liked the long check-in procedure with the automated check-in that asked info of the ID, a photo etc. It was just too complex. And other hotels do not ask to copy the ID/passport, just to show it.

I like that it was quiet at least in my part of the hotel and possible to have a good night sleep.

Content in breakfast should change some for everyday, I lived for half month, always same. Fitness have to pay 50%, before was free. No laundry machine, it is inconvenient for business people.

The hotel crew are so warm and kind to us. Room is clean and comfortable, good!

The matress was well used. Time for a new one. We have booked the room for 2 adults and a child. In the room were only bedding for two people. It would have been nice to have an extra set in the room.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast area and a seperate room to enjoy a coffee in peace. The room was very big and the location of the Hotel was perfect with easy access to public transport.

One amazing reason why I was staying was that they offered free spa access, to my dismay this recently changed (but not the hotel rates!). So I had to pay my stay at the wellness. Pity!

It was hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature. For heat, we were supposed to use the radiator under the window, but it was also under a desk (that could not be moved), and there was no way to really see what the reading was for the temperature. The beds were a little too firm for us.

The location was very convenient - right across the street from the central station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. We didn't opt in for breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The room was larger than expected, very nice. The location close to the railway station was very convenient. Half an hour by foot to my meeting place which in fact I liked (and I had a local transportation ticket that I could have used in case of very bad weather) On request I got a water heater and there was free coffee available at the reception

Like other hotels in Europe I think a little more thought should be given to early arrivals. We were informed 3pm to return without any exception after a very early flight and bus ride. Also hot food at breakfast would be welcome.

Rooms are a bit dated. Nothing serious. The area around the train station is a bit dodgy, especially at night.

Close to train station, on a quieter street. Nothing fancy from the outside, but a good, typical businessman budget hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Close to the waterfront to take the local ferry to Laboe (recommended).

We had two rooms, but one of them was significantly less comfortable (old bathroom with wrecked sink, no air condition) There were nothing warm to eat on a breakfast. If you want to cool water, it is better to not keep it the small fridge that is placed in a room.

It was great starting point for sightseeing.

Comfy room, good location, reasonable price

There are plenty of plugs in the room, but none beside the bed. The bathroom is big and modern, but starts to show some signs of wear and tear.

Strategic location opposite main train and bus station to travel anywhere in the city and nearby locations, not far from downtown area either (can be reached on foot). Plenty of shops (shopping mall next door) and a supermarket open 7 days a week nearby. You get a free voucher for local transport which is quite handy and you can also use the spa next door (we didn't, so can't give any feedback on that). Free tea and coffee at reception. Room is big (with a big desk and a small sofa) and nicely decorated. Our room faced an internal courtyard, so we didn't hear any noise. We couldn't hear other guests either. Plenty of closet space. Comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room.
