Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt was fairly basic but on the flip side it is well priced for a capital city centre hotel, so not really a grumble. Initailly shocked at our room view of the bunker, a pastiche of concrete brutalism, but it soon becomes a thing of beauty, very good for practicing your minimalist photos on your mobile.
A good location close to the lively Friedrich Straße area. A short walk feom the local train station that weaves through pavement restaurants with a lovely vibe. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. The set up is relatively basic but for the price in the middle of a capital city it was good value. Hotel is between a contemporary art collection housed in an original bunker and this develops mpre charm the longer you look at it. On the other side is an Embassy, so its a good area. Local shops close by and a plesant stroll to Checkpoint Charlie.

Czech RepublicBreakfasts are really poor, there is NO music so you hear the silence and sipping of people. The choice is really basic, I would expect maybe some scrambled eggs and some sausage at least. It is still called Bed & Breakfast. Reception stuff seems not to be too much motivated to communicate above necessary information, a little bit disconnected with no extra attention. Shame. Something to report? No. Just regular average experience. Shall we stay again? For the location yes, for the service no.
The hotel is very well situated with great connection to U- and S-bahns, beds are really comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are fair. Housekeeping is very attentive, smiley and client-oriented. Well done.

United KingdomFacilities like a tea or coffee making facility in the room would have been nice. Only a door to the toilet, but not to the shower room.
Love the location of the hotel, right in the middle of everything. Cheap accommodation, open 24 hrs, staff were very helpful and friendly

FinlandNoise from the corridor, thin walls. But the worst was the girl at the reception who wasn't made for customer service, she didn't speak so that I could hear properly. When I arrived I gave her my passport which she handed me back after a while. I put my passport in my bag. Next she handed me over the sheet: she hadn't bothered to fill in any information for me. I was tired and obviously too slow: she sighed and rolled her eyes as I had to start digging my passport again. There was no queue or other customers. Her colleague was just sitting there, no rush hour or anything like that. She simply was a rude young lady, and showed her attitude. I won't recommend this hotel to my doctor colleagues.
A clean and tidy place.

United KingdomA fridge and kettle in the room would be advantageous so we could make a drink after being out. A fridge would let you keep milk or water at a cool temperature. Apart from that it is a excellent facility.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is superb for visiting attractions and easy to access transport. It's location is central for everything and very easy to visit sites by walking or to get to the station which is less than a five minute walk away.

LithuaniaThere is no kettle or cups in the rooms. The windows face the wall of the bunker. The bed consisted of two beds made up. This is not very convenient. The room was a little cold and damp. To enter the room, you must enter a long code with * and #. It cannot be remembered in 1-2 days. The buttons on the code are very small. Not as convenient as a regular card.
Location. The hotel has a good location. Very close to the center and metro station. There is a store within a 5-minute walk. There are also many cafes in this radius. The hotel has one elevator. Room. Shower and toilet are separated. An unusual solution. There is a washbasin in the toilet. The room is a little cramped because it has a wardrobe and a table. There is no corridor. The staff is friendly.
