The breakfast was decent,  even accommodated, my wife with her allergies. 

Our apartment was nice, even though the hallways was little bit tight, everything but the washrooms where updated.

The lack of on-site staff means the outdoor facilities were really not well maintained. The wood was rotting everywhere and the playground was unsafe for children to use. It feels the minimal amount of money was put in to make this pop up hotel chic. Some areas are very old and it lacks a bit of personal touch when check in and check out is automatic.

Comfy 2 bedroom apartment with a well furnished kitchen. Bianca responded to my questions ahead of our stay and even sent a photo of the bbq area when requested.

Good location as we had a car. Spotless apartment and well presented. Large comfortable beds and great for a family. There was a well equipped kitchen and a lovely breakfast.

We hosted most of our group hangs in our 2 bedroom apartment, it would have been helpful to have more usable shelving or storage options in the kitchen as we prepared meals. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was very poor so it was very difficult to be able to doing makeup in the bathroom. It would also be helpful to have some full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

The hosts are great, they were so helpful when there was an issue with the car reader for self-check in. Comfortable rooms and great location. Only a 10 min walk to the S-bahn that brings you directly into Freiburg. Also, where the Gasthaus is located is possibilities for direct hiking trails.

Very friendly owner and very helpful. The Hotel is in a very quiet and distant location 10 minutes away from Titisee Lake. Rooms quite standard and very cold even in Summer. However this is not the owner's fault since as we were told by many Germans the last Winter was really cold and snowy. Breakfast was always fresh. Restaurants only 4 minutes away or else in Titisee lake. Quite an enjoyable stay. One remark to the owner..... Europa Park was just as magical as you told us :-) Thanks

One of the room 3 bedded was not ready (still a mess), despite being assigned to us. We got changed to another room but was a hassle because the facility has no front office (all room keys were registered online).

It was very cold We didn't get enough blankets for everyone, instead of 5 blankets, we gave 3. When we asked, they said they didn't have any. There was no one to talk to There was a blockage in the shower, water was standing

Spooky Stuub. When we arrived, it felt a bit like being in a haunted house. Completely empty; we were the only guests and apparently also the only “employees,” as this concept is based on self-service. The listing uses the reviews of the previous guesthouse, which was according to those reviews, a very charming mom-and-pop b&b. The chain that took over partially patched up the old place and added some very comfy beds but stripped it for any personality. In the pictures they show a picturesque scene of breakfast at the stuub. Meanwhile they tell you to get breakfast 3km down the road because they don't have any personnel on sight. Weird experience, which would have been fine if it was priced accordingly and communicated clearly before booking.
