My first experience with staying in a hostel so I was actually very impressed! Extremely clean, friendly staff, great shower/bathroom size, good area, fast wi-fi and many additional facilities extra cost. It really felt like I was staying in a cool student accommodation.

A single shared toilet+shower room shared between two bedrooms (eight guests total) is not really enough, especially as there are no other toilets on the floor—so if you need to go but someone is showering you'll need to go down to the ground floor and use the washrooms there.

Large, bright rooms with comfortable bunks and plenty of storage (including a locking cupboard big enough to store a medim-sized suitcase for each guest). Pleasant and friendly staff and a great breakfast selection.

Surrounding district not very attractive.. But still, you can find some kebab shop, or barber..

Hostel is made from block of flats, rooms have much space, and tidy. You almost feel like at home. Good shower. Good internet. I didn't wanna leave so fast. Unfortunetally, I booked only for one night. That's a good spot for future visits. And there's no noise outside in the morning, it's in reletivelly closed and quite part. Cause it's in the inside of the blocks.

Noise isolation was not that good, and its location is far away from the center. Unfortunately all the rental bikes were one size (for short people is not really helpful..).

The people working in customer service was really nice and room was relatively large. We had the opportunity to rent bikes and go to the center(relatively cheap). Really cheap coffee and drinks from the bar. Next to the hotel, there was a small bakery for getting a cheap snacks.

Breakfast could include a bit more variety and the price could be taken down a bit. The breakfast was good but didn't seem worthy for the amount paid.

The room was not cleaned properly and replacement towels were not kept in 3 days of our stay. Otherwise it's all good.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was good. Good location as well. The tram is like 5 mins walk. Very comfortable beds.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center (20 minutes) but has close public transportation access. It was straightforward to get around. The hotel room and space were clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The staff was amiable and very attentive (Best experience from staff I've had in a while). I also need to know where they got their mattresses, it was very very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

When I checked in, the system did not work. I waited for 20 minutes, then I went into the room. There were someone else's things and someone else's bed on my bed. I had to go down to the reception again, the issue was settled, but 30-40 minutes were lost

Bathroom heater is or burning or freezing cold. Matress was over used full of bumps if you get springs or you can also find a sponge simple one to feel more...cheap stay even.

STAFF sometimes was friendly but initially always kinda cold and serious. Very rigid on the rules which makes you feel kinda uncomfortable sometimes.

It was in a quiet location but it was out of town and tricky to get to - public transport took some getting used to. Others may find Berlin's system easier to negotiate than I did.

Door to reach stairs making noise when closing. During the day ok but at night a bit disturbing being a light sleeper.
