Shortage and lack of basic appliances in the room such as kettle and air conditioner. Wifi went on and off and did not reach some parts of the room. Room service staff walked in the room inadvertantly.

Breakfast could be better but was not bad in any meaning of the word. Location was nice and close to the nature walking destinations.

if I have to think about something: its near Berlin airport and depending on flight routing it can get loud. I live near Frankfurt and I am used to it:)

great place to stay overnight during a trip or spend a couple of days. no frills rooms, but spacious, clean and bright. marvelous grounds with lots if trees. bar and restaurant with terrace on site. large and free of charge parking lot. good breakfast buffet.

not a lot of restaurants in the area but that’s not their fault. Ikarus and Piano were super tasty but seemed expensive. Maybe there is something to the inflation thing. There is a Kaufland across the street so you won’t starve.

This place is about 45 minutes from Ostbahnhof. I used it to spend some quiet time working on a software project. The single rooms have a desk, chair, and a TV that accepts HDMI input so you can use it as a second monitor. No fridge in room. Breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate, and the pastries were tasty. Nothing fancy, but nothing below par. The attendant at breakfast noticed that some change fell out of my pocket and gave it to me the next day. it was only 2,50, but is why I am taking the time to write this review. you can’t buy integrity, and when you see it you should acknowledge it. That’s definitely above par.

Not much.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The staff was very capable of speaking English which was very helpful since I didn't know German. Helped to organize taxi service in short notice, as it was hard to get a Taxi to my location. In fact I was told there were only 5 Taxi drivers operating in the area of the Hotel. Environment and surrounding area very pleasant, nice parks and river area to walk and good hiking areas.

I would say that the room interior is outdated.

[Room] It was a clean room. [Breakfast] I didn't have a chance to fully experience all the menu since I was in a hurry but the breakfast was OK. [Location] If you are willing to visit Tesla Gigafactory, this hotel is recommended. Excellent location and lot of restaurants near by. [Parking] Spacious area to park your car.

I had a very warm welcome at the hotel by hotel manager Julia Brandl. I was cycling from Berlin and got completely drenched due to heavy rain. I was able to dry stuff overnight and with the included breakfast was ready for another day of cycling. The hotel has a secure overnight garage for bikes and is located less than 500m only from Radweg 1. At a reasonable price, it is a perfect stay for an overnight stage in Erkner if you are cycling along the Radweg 1.
