No lift to get to the 4th floor.

The location in the Altstadt is excellent and a few parkings are nearby. Once arrived, we didn't have to use the car once. The rooms are simple bute stylish, clean and functional. And it was very quiet and the bed comfortbale, so we did sleep very well :-)

Only thing that let the apartment down was the fact that one window blind is broken and consequently the light from the street lamps could not be shut out

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Kettle, coffee maker, hob, microwave, toaster, pots and pans. Could make a full meal if you wanted to. Spotlessly clean. Keyless access as you have electronic access via keypad.

- the apartment faces a busy street, those who need complete peace should take this into consideration, it didn't bother us btw - our apartment (22 Milan) is located on the 2nd floor - no elevator -, if you have trouble climbing stairs, consider this too

Can't park in the old town even for luggage drop-off. Parking in a short distance away parking house. No big deal though. Some payment related details differ from generic Booking.com practices, which was troublesome because of reservation on the day before arrival, but this got well resolved.

Excellent location in Koblenz Old Town. Big, nice apartment with balcony. Good bed. Cleanliness. Stayed for only one night but could have stayed longer.

Very spacious and clean apartment! Had all the facilities we needed, including a fan, which was a life saver for the baby in the heat! They provided a cot with lovely bedding for the baby. Very clear instructions for arriving and entering the apartment. Great price and would definitely recommend!

The building has no lift. We were on the 3rd floor and a lot of luggage.

The tile floor in the bathroom is very slick. Stepping in and out of the shower was tricky and I did slip down once. But, in any bathroom, you have to be careful about slipping.

Boardinghaus Koblenz Altstadt is an apartment conveniently located in the city. It was about 1.2-km from the train station and only about 4-blocks from the Rhine River. Security was controlled via keypad codes to the stairwell and keypad entry to the apartment. The apartment consists of a huge bedroom, a kitchenette with table and chairs, and a very spacious bathroom.

The bathroom was bright, but the light was not enough when you cook in the kitchen and since I wanted to study, I needed more light. It was very clean and all ok, but the cutting board was missing.

I had a problem opening the door each time with a code, but the owner helped me by phone.

Parking turned out to be free on Sundays, but we were not informed, so we paid 15 euros for parking in the recommended parking garage which was not necessary.

Place was great! Spacious, clean and modern. Centrally located in old town district of Koblenz. Owner was responsive with any questions. Would stay here again in the future next time we are in Koblenz. Thanks for a great experience!
