My room was too hot. The first night, I felt like being roasted. I complained the next day and the heater was brought down to 2. The second night was fine.

The room was clean but could be cleaner, the bathroom was a little dated but in order.

The staff is very friendly, everything is uncomplicated and flexible, it is located in a very quiet area, when I return to Mainz I will stay there again, I recommend it

The staff were super friendly, it was very clean, and there was a swimming pool and sauna free for guests to use. There are bus stops close by making it easy to travel into the city.

Uncomfortable, light in the bathroom takes very long time to go on, which can be quite unpracticle. It was hard to understand the person working at the desk.

The flight path for Frankfurt is right over the top of the hotel. The rooms can get stuffy and don't have a fan and therefore you have to leave the window open and the noise from the aircraft can be loud. My room was above the entrance of the hotel which had tables and chair outside where people sat and generally smoked and this was annoying to a non smoker who had the window open to cool the room

The room (single) was excellent size with an arm chair as well as a desk and chair. Location around 3km from city was ok. As a cyclist i am always looking to see if a place has a secure location to store bikes. Whilst this hotel did not have a dedicated area there was area in the basement for bikes. The hotel staff were helpful.

Not all of the beds and pillows were as comfortable.

Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. The beds are big enough to sleep and feel like you have space. The mini fridge was nice to have in the bedroom. The area surrounding was very quiet.

there is near the Airport and it’s difficult to sleep because of the voices of the Airplanes , the douche is very bad its need to change .

location isn’t great, we checked in about 8:45pm and just barely caught the pizza place next door for some takeaway before it closed. otherwise would have had no options for food .

Rooms were very hot..air conditioning would have been great but they did provide a fan.

The hotel was very nice with very helpful staff. Rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Foyer was very nice and welcoming and there was a nice outdoor area for sitting in the sun..Indoor pool was also very nice

I’ve booked an Queensize Bed, but it was only two single beds moved together and they split during the night when you move. So that was uncool.

-Perhaps because of pandemic restrictions, the breakfast was fairly limited with only hard-boiled eggs for warm items and apples as fruit. The rolls and meats/cheeses were enough not to be hungry and the coffee was good. -Pool was out of service when we were there, unfortunately. If this is important to you, be sure to check just before you travel. -No air conditioning. I would imagine the rooms would be hot in the summer, especially rooms on the south side. There was a good fan in the room, though. -TV had only a few German channels. -Some things ae definitely dated and hopefully will be repaired as time goes by because this is a good hotel overall. -Pillows were feather and too soft for our preference.

-Bed was super comfortable. -Room was very spacious and clean. -Nice that the window opened fully to get a good breeze. -Quiet. We heard very little noise from outside the room. There is airplane noise from early in the morning to about 22:30 at night, but we didn't find it disturbing. -Free parking was available in front of the hotel. If you want extra security then pay for the courtyard parking. -Room had a mini refrigerator, which was nice.
