Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉We checked in, went to the room and turned around right away. Booked rooms at the Ghotel across the square instead and they just laughed when we told them where we originally booked. Clearly that didn't happen the first time. We received a full refund from the Continental- no complaints there. The pictures online don't express the standard of the rooms. It seemed like a hotel you book by the hour but if you pay 65 Euro you can stay the whole night..... Very disappointed booking.com even offers that hotel.

눉The room is stuffy will no ventilation. There is no mirror in the room and one has to use the one that is present in the bathroom. Breakfast was not good.

눉A tatty spare child's bed was left in the room in spite of asking for it to be moved, and made access to the double bed difficult. Some fittings didn't work very well eg sink plug.

눉The room was rather small for 3 people. There were a few items in the breakfast that tasted as if they had gone bad (tomatoes and one of the hams).

눉Oh dear! This did not start well when I asked the receptionist for a town plan and was told 'Nein'. I ended up going to find one in the train station! This is a depressing, down at heel hotel and, unfortunately, it seems that the staff feel that way about it too and have lost the geniality required for their roles. The corridors and the lift were particularly tawdry. The bathroom was tiny, 1950s brown with an ineffectual shower curtain. The room wasn't cleaned on our second day. The handle came off the bathroom door although this was fixed when we mentioned it to the staff.
눇The gentleman on breakfast duty worked hard each morning and was very helpful.

눉Had a big room that was renovated, ok for one night but very boring if you stay there longer. Poor breakfest but the staff tried there best to refill but not much to choose of.

눉Only highest two floors was renovated. All other floors without any renovations last 30 years. Not very clean and poor equipped rooms.

눉We stayed in July and were on the fourth floor overlooking the railway station. No hotel soundproofing meant hearing the station announcer and noise from frequent overnight freight trains. Check-in at Reception took an unnecessary long time. Little niggles which efficiency could easily and cheaply remedy for instance the lack of any teaspoons at breakfast on one morning . No indication of any fire escape..routes in rooms.
눇Convenient for rail and bus stations. Nice comfortable and spacious rooms. Popular bar and restaurant on ground floor. No frills breakfast

눉The price for pets was far too much, 15 euro per dog is double of what I have paid anywhere, this includes 15 hotels.
눇When we complained about the dirty sheets, they were changed.
