Very good location, good value for money and helpful staff

If you’re looking for a fancy hotel this isn’t it but it has all the basics you need for an overnight stay in a really good location and at a really good price!

The property was basic but had everything you need. Very close to the Munich train station, good for an overnight stay before heading to the airport or for when you arrive. The room was big and spacious which made it easy for re-packing luggage. Close to lots of good restaurants and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Free coffee downstairs too!

They offer "coffee options" all day but not really. We wanted a coffee just before midday but they were cleaning the coffee machine from breakfast, which had finished two hours before. Not terrible, but it just didn't meet their offer.

Just around the corner from main station, perfect if you are coming or leaving by train.

Basic facilities. Bed quite hard. Toilet not great, poor flush. Noisy, walls thin. Cleaners attempting to come into room before 8am. Did not knock, just attempted to let themselves in.

Great location next to main central station. Room was available earlier than expected. Shower very good, hot and good pressure.

Nice hotel close to the main station and in walking distance from the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and bathrooms are small but clean. The staff is very nice. They offer a good breakfast for less than 10 euro per person. A valuable option for staying in Munich.

There was nothing that's worth calling out given that it is a very simple basic affordable option. Don't expect luxury here, and be open to slight imperfections. But you'll have a safe and convenient stay in a very good location.

This is an adequate hotel for a quick stay. Amazing location - very close to the main train station which was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight before/after a ski trip. It's a short walk to the city center as well. And it's a good value for a relatively low cost. It is really very basic, which is understandable for the money. But it's a great option for a safe, clean room for someone who is on a tight budget.

Basic, no frills, lacking any charm & character, but reasonable priced and perfectly located behind the train station. Perfectly clean & helpful staff. I got all I needed for my 1 night business stay. I stupidly forgot my electric toothbrush, and the kind staff sent it to my Swiss home address at once. Many many thanks!!

This hotel is very basic and was good for what we wanted we arrived late at night and needed a bed to leave early next day .. would I want to stay there for a holiday no but if your looking for a place to get your head down for the night and for money then worth a stay

We could not fix the water in the shower.it was either extremely cold or extremely hot. It was also changing so we could not enjoy the shower. Pillows were not so comfortable.

Location was very convenient and also next to bus and tram stations. Quite close by walking to the historical center. We booked the room in a very economical price.

Great location right next to the main train station. We arrived early, so were able to leave our bags in a luggage room. This wasn't secure though, so wouldn't keep any valuables in there. The rooms are basic and dated, but perfectly clean and fine for a 1-night stay. A cot added to the room resulted in it being tight, but we didn't unpack so it wasn't a problem.

As it was our second stay in this hotel we were unpleasantly surprised from the poor situation with the bathroom. First, there was no working ventilation. Second, the water in the sink was extremely hard to fix in a normal warm temperature - super hot or cold every time. And third - no canal on the bathroom floor - you are taking a shower and simply got a swimming pool after that. No place for the water to go away....

The location is pretty good. The room is ok for this price.

The pillows were very bad, the bathroom had no glass so everything got wet, the shower in room 35 was broken so there was only a small shower which wasn't very good, there could have been a small minibar in the room.

Good location, great service from reception, we managed to park at another hotel in the chain for 15euros a day, everything went well.
