The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but it's only free one way. They charge 10 Euro per person for the return to the airport.

We had a very comfortable stay overnight between flights. The shower was excellent.

Good sized rooms, food delivery was easy to arrange. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. This hotel also had a little shop for amenities and food, we didn't use it but it was a nice feature to have. The hotel is pet friendly which can be difficult to find when traveling.

There’s two versions of Holiday Inn Express at the airport / I thought I’d booked another. Many people are confused, some irritated, by this, and it causes frustration at the hotel shuttle stop, which the drivers try to solve. On top of this, there’s a Holiday Inn also at the airport. What is the brand trying to do? (I can answer but want to stay polite). The brand does the same in Paris.

Shuttle service from terminal 1. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Coffe and teamaker in the room. Good breakfast. All in all a good option for a stop over at the airport

My only complaint is that the wifi didn't work super well.

I really liked my stay. My room was on the end, so it was an unorthodox shape, which was kind of fun and resultantly the bathroom was huge. I loved the bathtub. I also used the gym, which was fairly well equipped and modern, although deep in the basement/car park area, so it felt a little unsafe. The staff were lovely and my stay was great.

The room was very cold. For the 1st time in my life I had to wear a coat, hood and slippers in bed for the 1st 3 or 4 hours of the night. After that it was ok

The location was fine. Breakfast very good. Particularly appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. We also enjoyed the German restaurant not too far away.

The shuttle costs €10 per person even children which is more expensive than other places I have stayed. I felt it was far too high. The rooms were so tight there wasn’t even a place to sit down. Very uncomfortable for myself and my three children.

The included breakfast was great. Easy to get shuttle bus from the airport.

For us, it is a perfect location, just outside the highway. Good breakfast with variety and new products time to time.

This is my 4th stay at this property and the proximity to the airport is very good. The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner but across the street within in walking distance is a great spot open late for dinner.

I had to wait quite a bit for check-in and didn't realize the shuttle was not free and would be booked up already :(

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. I also appreciated how they had the couch already made into a bed for my two girls. Danke!

It was a shame no hot breakfast, bacon, eggs, beans etc. Also location is good for airport and a base but no shops by hotel, need a car or taxi.

The airport shuttle guy is pathetic, He dropped us at the arrivals and asked us to leave the shuttle and take own transport to departures, we had 8 luggage bags with 2 kids, so we had to request him and pay additional money to drop us at the departures. I would have given the worst rating for the hotel because of this experience but couldn’t do so because the actual hotel staff is quite friendly and they don’t deserve bad rating just because of this shuttle guy.

The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful especially the lady who takes care of breakfast buffet, she is so sweet and polite :)

The desk could be changed to a better one, it is shaking a lot when I work or make up on it.

I like the service of your colleagues. The room is big with window which are really good. The is soft thus I can sleep very comfortable. And the breakfast, I like it.

Parking should be for free

Just outside the highway. Very convenient for a stop over. Rooms are big enough. Confortoble and clean. Breakfast is good too.
