It was wonderful! Excellent location right in the heart of the city, close to the subway and cafes. The room had everything we needed: from a hairdryer to a frying pan! The coffee machine was especially delightful :) We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My best recommendations for accommodation!

The only issue was a water pressure in the bathroom tap (shower head)- there were almost no pressure at all (even on maximum) and it was complicated to wash. They should change it. Also in all the taps first a cold water was and it was necessary to wait for the hot water.

The Location was great -10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz and there were a lot of places to eat around. The appartment was cozy, it was a flat in 5 floor building, we lived on the 3rd floor. All the amenities was in the appartment and we had a nice little gift "Travel kit" and gummy bears, which was lovely.

The message with the door codes was sent on the same day I travelled, only by chance i could check my emails in the train which I usually never do, otherwise I could not have known the codes. They must be sent one day earlier and with sms notification. I am not glued to my emails. :( The TV channels went on an off randomly. It's not important per se but with a kid it can come in handy to have a functioning tv :) It would be nice to have a leaftlet with practical information on the area and city :)

The area, the size of the place, the view, the comfort. A lady came to clean in the middle of the stay which is appreciable.

Nothing major to dislike but a couple of hand towels would have been good, maybe a small coffee table by the sofa, and some coat hooks but that's about it. Finding access information wasn't that straightforward, especially in the dark with luggage.

This is a really nice apartment, well fitted, clean, cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent, with good transport links nearby, short walks to museums etc and lots of places to eat nearby.

Location is super. Apartment was cozy, spacious and clean. We can see the TV Tower through the window. There were lots of store , super market and restaurant nearby. We felt like at home.

It was quite cold in the room, even with heating up to max. There were no outlets next to the table. The wifi connection was terrible. Not usable for working.

The room was cozy, incredibly spacious, I liked that. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you'd need to cook. The bed was comfortable. Appreciate the nice touch with small gummy bears.
