The size of the room was bigger than expected for the cheap price. It was very easy to reach after a concert in 'Die Kantine'. Public transport to Köln HBF was only a 5 minute walk away.

It also an event location. We had to change rooms because it was too loud. But the staff were great and our new room was perfect and quiet.

It's out of the city so less expensive but very easy to get to the inner city with the train in about 20 Minutes.

No kettles, tea or coffee in the rooms which wasnt great . Location , there's no shops, banks ,cafes within easy walking distance so it feels quite isolated.

Staff were really friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. We didn't use it but the wedding venue hall looks incredible.

The location is in the totally outside of the residential area, and the public transport is about 15 min walking and not so often

we went to a concert, so for that purpose the location was perfect (we walk there), clean, comfortable, place to park our car.

Breakfast was actually ok, but since we came relatively late some things were finished and it did not look like they were replenishing anything... we still had enough to eat, but it just looked like it was running out. When we arrive, although there were planty of parking spaces in the hotel and in the street, they were all full due to the wedding going on in the hotel, so we had to park a little bit further than expected (but still for free).

Walking distance to "Die Kantine", our actual destination for a concert... only 10 minutes walking or so. Although the hotel had a wedding party going on in the saloon, the rooms were still quiet. The rooms looked impeccable , clean and modern. We went running and the Rhein-River is not far at all so for runners was a great spot to get to a nice running path.

Our room info said breakfast till 10.30 but when we came down at 09.50 the breakfast woman got upset and told us it was till 10.00 She was not happy with us but I told here we were well in time. According to her all the in room manuals were wrong and it should have been changed to the time she claimed. She wanted us to leave as soon as possible. Not nice

The room and the pictures didn’t match. In the photos, there was a sofa in the room. And also the bathroom was a bit dusty.

It was easy to access, and private parking space was a plus.

An events company is situated on the premises (part of the hotel building structure) which is not ideal when like in my case I was staying over a long weekend and on three nights wedding receptions were held. This obviously created noise and a parking problem. It did not concern me too much but this should be mentioned in the hotel description and not just as a remark but very specific as there were very negative remarks by some of the guests which tarnishes the overall good view of this hotel

The hotel facilities are of a very high standard with a very good breakfast.

no real dinner place and located in an industrial area a bit further away from towns. wifi connection could have been a bit better, but hey it is free of charge.
