The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were so soft and flat. Would be nice to have a coffee or tea available in the room.

Location is excellent, right downtown around shops, restaurants, park and train station. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. Very convenient to have the restaurant and brewery located with the hotel. The Staff are so friendly and helpful.

We tried but couldn't eat in the restaurant for some evenings. One evenining it was closed for a private event, the other night the waitor was not around for a long time to take the order. Besides almost everything is with Pork meat, but it is understandable that they offer very traditional food.

Breakfast was really good with organic things, house-made beers were delicious. Our room was spacey, nicely decorated and having a nice mountain view with a big balcony.

The staff were very friendly. The location and overall the facilities in the hotel were all that I required.

No faults, although through choice I chose a room without a bath, but will old aching legs in hindsight, next time a room with a bath would be on my request list.

The location was perfect for the town, transport (Rail and Bus) and if walking for the mountains and other attractions. The property is only as good as the staff and for someone English speaking the staff in reception, the excellent restaurant and the ancillary teams could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately the mattresses are very hard and the walls and doors are not soundproof. It was quite noisy in the morning and that made my stay not as nice as it could be. If you are a early morning person then this shouldn’t be a problem. The “Spa” is a bit too small and there’s not enough space when it’s getting crowded.

Very kind and caring stuff and best located hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The beer is a must try and the breakfast is excellent.

Above and also I asked for a manicure and was told it would cost 35€. I never got a manicure. The person helping me said she doesn’t do manicures but I was charged 35€ anyway

The room was great but… it was a totally accessible room( which I did not ask for) and there was a bathtub on a 6” platform in the middle of the room. Certainly not accessible to Someone with issues.but I tripped on the platform and hurt myself really badly. The staff was not interested. The breakfasts were awesome as was most of the staff.

The rooms were a little bit outdated but it added to the overall vibe. Unfortunately the water/heating pipes were making some noise during the night.

The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and the view from our balcony was fantastic. Great central location close to the train. Breakfast was fantastic and the spa area too.
