Excellent location! Right on the main street of Triberg, close to the waterfall and museum and all of the village restaurants. The lady owner was so friendly and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. The place was so clean and cosy, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. On arrival we were given a travellers card which got us free entry to the waterfall and museum, as well as free travel throughout the black Forest on trains and buses. We made the most of this and took a local train to Baden Baden where we enjoyed the ‘spa’ and a lovely meal in the town there. We enjoyed our evenings in some lovely restaurants, which the owner recommended to us. This hotel is a little gem of a place.

Ease of contacting facilities! Should have clear way to contact facilities in case of an issue. Desk had no contact info after hours.

Took a little bit to find the entrance to the hotel. While the shower was hot and had good pressure, it did not drain well. Parking was a little spendy. It was a public parking lot. It was free on the weekends but cost on the weekdays.

Nice breakfast with a view. Easy walking distance to the waterfall entrance. The staff were kind and helpful.

Bed and pillows are too soft, and they give body pain the next day.

Position, view, stuff, and the free card for various activities. This is really a nice palace to stay in Triberg.

Being right on the street, there is a little road noise, but by the time we went to bed it had subsided. Bathrooms could use a little updating aesthetically, but otherwise extremely clean and functional.

Nice little hotel- Each room has wonderful balcony and breakfast. Very clean and convenient to everything. Parking in public lot immediately behind the building was convenient, Great value!

Parking was across the street in a garage was 8 euro a day, you could come and go as you please. Beds were firm. More signs for hotel would be helpful, its hard to find.

Location within walking distance to waterfall. If you open windows you can hear the waterfall. But you can also hear outside noise if open. The breakfast was complimentary with stay and excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The reception staff were helpful with information and getting extra pillows.

Too much noise with road really busy and church bells

Breakfast was good and place was really central easy to access restaurants and store by feet. Nice to have a big balcony with a nice view on the city. Beds were large and comfy.

Not much, but the entry could be confusing as the hotel is on the upper floors above the bank. You take the elevator up.

Central at the best end of the town with a parking lot directly behind the hotel. Strong WiFi and comfortable beds. The balcony was nice. Good breakfast in the morning. You get free entry to the waterfall and museum with a voucher provided by the hotel.

The bathroom. Could do with an update.

The room was comfortable and we had a great view from our balcony, which was also a nice touch. The breakfast room was also pleasant with a balcony and a beautiful view of the town and mountains.

Could only be improved by air conditioning, but appreciate difficulty in retro fitting.
