Everything was perfect. We only stayed one night to make our trip to the Zugspitze and Eibsee. However, everything started with a very warm welcome and we've been given exceptionally detailed and helpful information upon arrival on how to spend both days (with regards to the weather) to their full and best extent and indeed, it could not have been any better. Thanks for that! Our room was very clean, everything appeared to be well maintained and there's not a single thing I could complain about. The staff is very friendly, the view from the balcony was just beautiful, especially in the evening and the morning. It's also not far from the train station and Zugspitzbahn station. Definitely recommended. :)

The staff were so friendly! The nice lady from Athens that works the breakfast was fantastic and super sweet. Breakfast was the perfects start for the day. The homemade bread was delicious each morning!

Lovely small hotel, good Finnish sauna, great breakfast, staff members friendly. Very good location for the hiking, skiing, bike rental shops etc. Room had an empty mini bar (barring water) as well which is a nice bonus so you can stick your own Helles there to cool down.

While not necessary a concern, one detail that I enjoyed at other similar locations was that in the relax area (sauna/pool area) they had some tea and water available. Would be nice to include these - in the end, it is a low cost effort. Also, another thing that could help would be a TV in the common lounge area (for example we wanted to watch the Formula 1 race and had no option).

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable during all our interactions (checkin, breakfast, etc.). Rooms were very clean, spacious. Very well located, at walking distance (5 min) to the center of the town where you can find plenty of restaurants. Good breakfast included. Sauna was also a nice amenity (with free towels provided). Free car parking available.

We had trouble connecting our laptops to wifi - phones worked fine though, so not sure if it was something on our end.

The hotel was charming - breakfast was great. Location was good - it was a short walk to the town center and a short drive to parking for the trip up to Zugspitze and to Parnach Gorge. We enjoyed the gathering room where our group of 5 could get together.

Only about 5-10 min walk from train station and local buses. The hotel gives a guest card for free bus rides in town. The room was very large. Nice drying rack in bathroom. The breakfast was Exceptionally good. Best coffee we have had in Europe. Super quiet and lovely. Comfortable beds. Easily walkable to great Bavarian restaurants too. Loved this hotel.

Since we needed to open the windows for cooling, it would be nice to separate smokers from non smokers. Our room smelled of smoke since the neighbors smoked on the patio.

- Room was great, a nice large size with lots of room for suitcases etc. - Receptionist was very helpful in giving suggestions on things to do. I was unlucky with the weather and it was raining the whole time! - They offer massages that you can book, it was a great treat to myself seeing as it was so rainy while I was there

Nothing. This property was outstanding.

What a great find! This property is in an excellent location for walking to the center of town for shopping and dining. The room was quite sizeable, extremely clean and very comfortable. Our room had plenty of surfaces for setting bags/suitcases, a nice balcony, and modern bathroom with a great shower. The view of the surrounding mountains was amazing. All in all, we were very pleasantly surprised and were sad when it was time to leave.
