In German I asked the lady in the restaurant part of the complex where the check-in desk was. She wouldn't answer and turned her back on me. Luckily a really nice young girl was helping her & she told me it was next door. I thanked her & went to the other door. When checking in I told the man that the first lady wasn't very helpful. He laid into me about that. Said that in Germany they don't complain about someone and to do that in my own country. WOW. It was really unbelievable since the restaurant & hotel are next to each other. This was a first.

The cheerful boss is let down by some of his grumpy staff! Maybe lost in translation? "Wo, Wo!!?" The room had no Air conditioning which meant the room was very warm, leading to unpleasant nights sleep. The shower was of the type I used when I was a child. Connected to the taps so you had to sit in the bath to shower.

Check in met with very friendly cheerful gentleman, whom we presume was owner/manager. Our car park space was reserved with our name on it, which was a nice touch. We were in a room in a separate building from the main hotel which was fine. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had ample selection and was very good.

The location is not far from Legoland that we came to visit. There is a parking on the property. Breakfast is very nice!

We had one of the few rooms which are in the basement. Room was clean and tidy however it smelt mouldy. Slight disappointment however we were just staying the night for a stopover. Kids loved the double bunk bed. I must say that considering the rest of the venue this comment is room specific and not representative for rooms on over floors. Restaurant, bar and breakfast are great! Would stay again only in a different room.

Room was directly on the street and rather loud although its not a Main road, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open by 30 degrees

No airconditioning in the rooms

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a convenient location on our travel back home. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Typical biergarten that serves good food. Great breakfast buffet.

The restaurant was not open in Monday. window from my room was directed to escape balkony accessible from outside the hotel (not only my room but all in the side building). Also I was missing table lamp when working.

The room was very small for a family. The parking area a bit small for all cars. But the personnel responded very good to our needs.

Family business located in the middle of a cute town. Has a lovely terrace with tasty food and drinks served attentively. Nice personnel and great breakfast. They have discount for guests at their store ( meat products)

Bedroom and especially bathroom is getting a little tired but it was clean and comfy and good value.

Breakfast was the best we have ever experienced. Looking at the menu we expect the restaurant is worth trying but sadly we didn't stay long enough. Entrance, bar restaurant and breakfast room was full of authentic character. The town was quiet around the Riverside which is only 1 min walk from the hotel but still plenty going on.

Food smell on the hallway. The reception staff was not willing to wait for us more that 5 minutes, even after we explained that the heavy rain was delaying us.

The room had no AC and was a bit noisy and hot as we stayed overnight during Summer.

Location is very convenient. The host is very friendly. The biergarten and Restaurants are awesome!!

Little small room for 3. Extra bed, kind of blocked the bathroom door a little. We were send in the wrong direction, at first. After that, the annex info sign of room Numbers, didnt include ours, nr 34. Please fix it! Very confuseing. The breakfastrooms where also a little confuseing. Little caotich.

Cosy hotel. The Biergarten is a nice place. Blond woman in here 50s maybe, run all the time. Fantastic energy, and very sweet! Good price for area. Good capuccino!! Nice parking
